Very nice check in staff and the room and bathroom was much better than expected for a 'basic" hotel, very clean, good quality comfortable bed and bed linen, both bedroom and bathroom were spacious. It was so quiet too so the soundproofing was excellent, especially considering the hotel is on the main road.
The 24 hour public car park a few yards away was so convenient.
Nothing really. Unfortunately the hotel café was closed but there are many options right outside for breakfast etc

No hand soap for the sink
Only a minor complaint, no milk for the complimentary coffee but we could have gone and asked for some.

Great location for marina and all facilities.
View from balcony, I know this can’t be helped on built up area but it as described as Mountain View

Great location and value for money.
While the bed was big, there was no room for anything else in the room. The bed was right underneath a curtained window, which was horrible and there was a table pushed right up to the side of the bed, which you couldn't really walk past when you got out of bed. There was a telephone hanging off the wall. The toilet flush fell off the wall and the shower bracket didn't work. Shower is also absolutely tiny.
