About this house rental
Spacious modern accommodation with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 triple bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. A cot and high chair are also available. Four of the bedrooms are en-suite and there are two family bathrooms. There is a large dining room with connecting modern kitchen (Gas for the cooker is included) and utility room with washing machine and drier. The comfortable lounge incorporates a multi fuel stove, TV, free WI-DVD and free WI-FI.. Central heating throughout (ELECTRICITY AND OIL ARE EXTRA AS METER READING). The property is situated in a large private garden with patio off the dining room and mountain views on all sides and ample parking space. Clifden with its many restaurants, Bars and Shops is close by along with The Connemara National Park, Kylemore Abbey, Inishboffin, Leenane and within leisurely travel distance to Cong where the 'Quite Man' was filmed. We booked the house mainly due to the location and the size of the gardens. We took our dogs with us and wanted to make sure the gardens were secure and there was enough space. We would not have been happier. The gardens are wonderful being set in around 1 acre and beautifully maintained.
The house was huge for just two of us and we spent two wonderful weeks in this fabulous location visiting the superb beaches and our relatives.
Gerard was really helpful and would highly recommend this house

Great location to be based out of for day trips north, east & south to view & see the Wild Atlantic Way Coast & Mountains to the east. Even got day trip down to Cliffs of Mohr & back. Great sunsets, restaurants nearby & shopping in Clifton.

We had a marvellous holiday with grandparents, adult children their partners and five children. The place is big enough for everyone to have their own space, with large communal areas and a well equipped kitchen. It feels like home as soon as you have unpacked. Connemara offers so much to do and is so beautiful. When it rains, which it does from time to time, you just stay at home, or carry on regardless. Highly recommended.

After the holiday season house could do with a thorough clean.Downstairs and upstairs showers leaked all over the floor,fridge urgently needed defrosted,lots of light bulbs missing and jacuzzi bath not working.Kitchen poorly equiped[bring your own knives]nice big utility room.Overall we had a great holiday!

We had a great stay in Moyard. The property was spacious and adequately equipped, the children particularly enjoyed the large garden. The house was was well positioned to allow us to travel and experience the amazing view’s, the beautiful beaches, the rugged mountains and much more.An experience we as grandparents, our children and our grandchildren will never forget. Thank you.

Spacious House in Great Connemara Setting
Huge house with plenty of space for a large family or group. Wonderful landscaped grounds. The setting may seem a little out of the way, but its a short drive to Clifden and all of Connemara, as well as to the ferry to Inishbofin Island. A few minor incoveniences - some tiny breaks in furniture and such. But overall this is a wonderful property

The house was really spacious and the garden was huge. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. There is beautiful beaches nearby and lovely places to eat in Clifden. We had a great holiday.

The house was very spacious , and clean as expected.. it accommodated all of us with no problems.. will go back there again . Tiny midges were the only fault we could say :: but that’s nothing to do with the house ( May be area ) . Thanks

Lovely big house with lots of space for everyone. Not too far from nearest towns of Letterfrack And Clifden. Warm and cosy. Fairly well equipped kitchen. However I have learned now to always bring a sharpe knife and large dishes if cooking meals in. Would definitely recommend to othets

Lovely big house with lots of space for everyone. Not too far from nearest towns of Letterfrack And Clifden. Warm and cosy. Fairly well equipped kitchen. However I have learned now to always bring a sharpe knife and large dishes if cooking meals in. Would definitely recommend to othets

Very nice big house, suitable for families and animals and close by to Clifden and Letterfrack. Very well kept garden with lovely views. One small criticism is that the kitchen utensils were grubby and needed washing prior to use and knives were blunt.

Parfait
La maison est idéalement située pour visiter la region du connemara et ses environs. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité et David est d'excellents conseils et répond très vite à toutes nos questions.
Vous l'aurez compris nous avons passé un super séjour.

Maison spacieuse et très pratique quand on est nombreux Nous étions 11 et disposer de 6 salles de bains est très efficace !

L'environnement et la maison sont magnifiques. Située à 8/10 min en voiture de Clifden, 5 minutes de Letterfrack, 1h30 de Galway, c'est idéal pour toutes les commodités et les visites du Connemara ( en prime un magnifique soleil! ). Nous avons passé une semaine en famille ( 6 adultes et 7 ados ) où chacun a trouvé ses aises. Très grande, propreté impeccable, bien équipée, il ne manque rien pour profiter et passer de superbes vacances !
Nous conseillons à 100%!!!
A savoir que le chauffage et l'électricité sont a régler en partant ( pour nous un peu plus de 100€ en ayant bien chauffer car les nuits et matinées sont fraîches ) cependant le rapport qualité/prix reste excellent !!!!

Beautiful Connemara
We had a fantastic time in Connemara. The house is perfectly situated to access the area and we had beautiful weather as well. The house itself is lovely and spacious though the kitchen is a little small so if you are wanting to cook for the full house of people you'll want to be well organized. We really enjoyed the large dining room with easy access to the garden. Gerard and Dave are lovely and were very responsive when we needed anything. Thoroughly enjoyable !!

If you are looking to get away from everything with a big group of family or friends, this is the spot for you! Very clean and well maintained. Bring your own dish soap and paper towels.

Fabulous spacious accommodation for a group, within reach of beaches and towns, plenty of bathrooms
We had a great time with 8 adults and two under-2s, great space for children and plenty of communal living space too., including massive dining table. Location is within driving access of beaches and Lylemore Abbey, with breathtaking scenery. Hosts organised cots and high chairs for us, and all was handy for when we arrived, with very prompt communication. Be aware of deposit and utilities charge - we had to pay €40 for the week which seemed quite steep!

Excellent accomodation, very spacious, well equipped and clean. Very good location for exploring Connemara and Mayo. Very friendly contact. Highly recommended, especially for larger parties.
