The house overall was wonderful. The check in process was easy and the proximity to the beach was amazing. We were a little surprised beach towels and toys weren't provided. We loved the pool, pool toys and outdoor shower. The air conditioning was fantastic and there were so many bedrooms! The bed in the master was VERY firm and there is a serious ant problem. We had ants in our luggage in the master and had to put all our food in the fridge as ants would get in it if left on the counter. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Villa Josefina was a perfect vacation home for our family of 14, spanning 3 generations ages 5-81. It is comfortably furnished, well equipped and had plenty of space for us all. The pool was very much used and welcome in the unusual heatwave which occurred during our weeklong trip. All the rooms had a cooling system, which was wonderful.Juan is a most gracious and accommodating host and answered our questions promptly. If you are planning a trip to Valencia, we can warmly recommend a stay at Villa Josefina.

The position of this house is so perfect to explore Valencia. It’s right by a great beach with restaurants within walking distance in both directions. We were 8 ladies who wanted a bed each and we got this in the 5 bedrooms. The outside space was fabulous and the pool was warm and bigger than we had thought it might be. The bus to the city stopped within a few metres of the gate and the supermarket was close by too. We had a very warm welcome from the hosts and we would love to return

Overall it was pleasant, but the house owner should consider adding ACs to the rooms.
