Situated in Montvalezan, this charming condo for $81 per night is a great option for your next trip. 60m2 apartment with stunning views across the valley. It is situated in La Rosiere, a beautiful traditional family village with 160km of skiing slopes. The resort has direct access to Italy (La Thuile) on skis in winter and by car in summer. The flat entrance is on the ground floor but the east/south facing balcony is on the second floor. The flat was refurbished in October 2016. It is a cosy and comfortable space ideal to unwind and relax in a fantastic setting and friendly resort. - Large entrance hall with bunk beds for 2 children up to 12 (80x180cm) equipped with pillows and single duvets. - Bedroom 1: Double bed (Double/140cm) with a chest of drawers. USB sockets. 2 pillows and a double duvet. - Bedroom 2: Big single bunk beds (90x200cm) double sofa bed (Double/140cm), wardrobe, USB sockets. 4 pillows, 1 double duvet and 2 single duvets. - Separate toilets - Bathroom: 2 sinks, big bath with shower - NO washing machine (launderette a few minutes' walk from the flat) - Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle - Lounge: Big table, corner sofa, armchair, television, USB sockets. Wifi - L shape balcony where you can follow the sun from sunrise to sunset Small ski locker located a floor below from the flat Private parking in front of the building (50 euros refundable deposit for the gate key fob). Note that a space isn't guaranteed especially in February. Free public car park nearby. Bed linen hire: Single 15 euros Double: 20 euros Cleaning fee: 65 euros (included in the quote). Winter: The slopes are 250m from the flat. We have a partnership with a nearby sports shop where you get a reduction on the price of ski rental and where you can leave them overnight. Summer: they are plenty of walks available starting from the resort. One chairlift remains open to easily access the top of the resort. Bakery, butcher, newspapers, chemist, launderette, supermarket, bars and restaurants are a few minutes walk away from the flat. Closest airports: Geneva, Lyon and Grenoble Closest train station: Bourg St Maurice Bourg St maurice is 30 min away by car from La Rosiere - Busses in season - Taxis all year round

The appartement is great and well equipped, the views are stunning, the location is super convenient, and La Rosiere is fantastic! Françoise, the site contact was very helpful, and communication with the owner prior very easy.

We had a great time in La Rosiere and the apartment felt like home from home. It was spacious, had everything we needed for our stay and the host was fab - quick to respond and check-in/check-out process was easy. Oh and the views were stunning, we couldn’t stop looking through the window! :)

Lovely property, great location with amazing views of the mountain. Could benefit from a deep clean - bit dusty in places but otherwise we had an amazing stay. Well equipped with everything we needed and plenty of hot water / heating. Thankyou!

The apartment is good equipped for vacation stay, and you can enjoy the view from the balcony. La Rosiere is a great area for vacation both in the summer and in the winter.

Gîte décoré avec gout et bien équipé, il est à proximité des magasins, on peut faire ses courses à pied. A environ 25mn de Bourg Saint Maurice.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de la navette (skibus), à côté du centre ville et des commerces. Vous pouvez oublier votre voiture durant votre séjour. La vue est magnifique. L'essentiel est à votre disposition dans le logement et une charmante concierge est présente pour vous accueillir. Bref, avec le soleil au rdv, vous serez comblé comme nous l'avons été pendant notre semaine. Merci Céline de nous avoir donné l'occasion de revenir à la Rosière.

Merci aux propriétaires pour ce magnifique appartement rénové avec goût, et très fonctionnel. Tout est pensé pour se sentir comme à la maison. Et en prime, une magnifique vue ! Station très agréable et idéal pour séjourner en famille. Super domaine skiable. Nous avons de magnifiques souvenirs pour notre premier Noël passé en famille à la montagne. L'appartement est spacieux et décoré avec goût. Beaucoup d'espace (nous sommes 4), une vue extraordinaire sur la vallée de la Tarentaise. La station est jolie, avec des secteurs de chalets, beaucoup de randonnées possibles. Nous n'avons pas testé dans un contexte de pratique de ski, l'accès au fond de neige à pied requiert 15 à 20 minutes, avec les enfants, l'équipement et en chaussures de ski cela peut-être sportif, mais il y a un arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble. Bref super appartement pour un super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour qui nous a fait beaucoup de bien en ces temps de Covid... quel bol d'air ! Avec le beau soleil, nous avons beaucoup appréciés la vue sur la montagne depuis la baie vitrée et le balcon de l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien équipé notamment pour des enfants en bas âge et l'accès de plein pied est appréciable. Excellent séjour. Merci

L'appartamento è bellissimo, siamo stati accolti in maniera eccellente da Francoise e in due settimane abbiamo potuto godere di camminate piacevoli e splendide vedute sulle alpi francesi. L'appartamento è ideale per famiglie con due figli piccoli. Un apprezzamento di riguardo va alla vetrata con terrazza vhe dà sul Mont Pourri... semplicemente eccesionale.

Myself my husband and 2 teenage daughters travelled to La Rosière. It was a last minute decision due to our cruise being cancelled due to covid (only 3 days notice) to begin with Celine was amazing getting in touch within a couple of hours to confirm my reservation and then with communication about the property and even called me the day of arrival. Although there was a language barrier with Francoise as she does not speak English and I do not speak French the check in was smooth and we were both understood. Ok now the apartment WOW it is exactly how it is pictured, the rooms were comfortable and bigger than I imagined it had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. The town is really close and although those hills up to it are a little steep it definitely helped burn off some of those Calories from the amazing bakery that was far too tempting a few times. I was a little worried before I arrived at the cost of groceries due to it being isolated but the mini market was extremely reasonable and well stocked. Petrol was pricey but that was to be expected. Ok so I can’t wait any longer I need to talk about THE VIEW my one regret is that I didn’t spend more time in the balcony just looking out at it, you should book in here to experience it I am not exaggerating when I say it is life changing. La Rosière is in a great position where it is remote enough to feel like you are experiencing small town mountain life but at the same time close enough to explore. We visited Val D’Isere (I had to show my children where I had been skiing) as well as the beautiful town of La Thuile. The kids were amazed that we were constantly jumping back and forth between France and Italy even as we drove along the mountain paths up to the apartment. We also visited Montreux and Geneva Switzerland and considered Turin Italy but decided against it due to covid restrictions at the moment. My top tip is if you think you may want to visit Switzerland is buy the 10 trip pass on the Mont Blanc Tunnel as we didn’t on our first time up and ended up costing us more money. I really could talk forever about the amazing experience we had (as you can tell) but to finish I would say press reserve now on the property and you will not regret it! Have an amazing trip xx

We’ve just returned from 2 weeks here and couldn’t fault it. Accommodation has everything you could need, well equipped kitchen, , comfortable rooms, great open plan kitchen and living room with comfy corner sofa. Whilst uphill only a short few minutes walk to the slopes and all of the local shops / restaurants. The highlight of this place was the amazing views - pictures can’t give them full justice, incredible sunrises and sunsets. Certainly hope to return :-)

Lovely apartment with amazing views across to Les Arcs and down the valley. Short walk to Colette Sport for ski hire, who were excellent, and then on to the bottom of the slopes. Facilities just right. Recommended.

Nous avons passé un superbe we prolongé en famille à l’occasion du trail de la Rosière. L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux, fonctionnel, chaleureux et bien situé avec de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la montagne. Nous avons même pu profiter de la terrasse. Nous recommandons cette location. Caroline &co
