Very simple apartment house. In the centre of Norddeich, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: patio. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 250 m, bakery 250 m, café, bus stop 500 m, railway station 1.5 km, ferry 1.5 km, sandy beach 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, surf school 750 m, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 500 m, children's playground 600 m.
"Schwalbennest V", 1-room apartment 15 m2, on the ground floor. Very simple furnishings: living/sleeping room 10 m2 with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 190 cm), digital TV and radio. Small kitchenette 2 m2 (2 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Sitting area. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Parking at 20 m. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Il divano letto è un divano letto in soggiorno. Non c'è una camera da letto. Questo appartamento molto piccolo non è adatto ad anziani o persone con mobilità ridotta.

Die Zeit war entspannt und erholsam für mich in dieser Unterkunft. Ruhige Lage, sehr nah am Meer, alles in der Nähe was ich brauchte:Bäcker, Cafés. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Die Empfehlung hat mir ein Herr per Facebook mitgeteilt. Ich komme gerne wieder. Alles Liebe wünschte ich dir, Schwalbennest!

Es ist eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung , die auch direkt am Geschehen liegt aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Allerdings gibt es in punkto Sauberkeit Verbesserungen im Bad Dusche und Badezimmertüre es scheint schon sehr renovierungsbedürftig bzw mal ordentlich in stand gesetzt . Ansonsten war alles für einen Aufenthalt zum Schlafen Kleinigkeit essen und man sonst nur unterwegs ist vorhanden . Man kann diese Wohnung bedingt weiter empfehlen da die Lage einfach super ist.

Ansich war es sehr schön, jedoch eignet sich dieses Domizil für eine Person, zu zweit mit einem kleinen Hund war es sehr beengt, die Sanitäre Anlage war sauber, jedoch in der Schublade waren Staub und Tabakreste, beim ausziehen des Bettes fanden wir leider auch noch Staub, Spinnenweben und Papier. Allerdings zum übernachten hat es gereicht. Dennoch war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und nächstes Jahr sind wir wieder da ;-)
