The estate on the screened property has three buildings. In the central part you will find six luxuriously furnished bedrooms and several living rooms on each floor. The living room on the first floor serves as a dining room. On the middle floor, on the other hand, a bar has been set up, and on the top floor you will find a lounge that has everything your heart desires. On both sides of the main building, two covered verandas await you. On one there is a divan, a pool table and here you can also play darts. The other one has a barbecue and cozy garden furniture. The first adjoining house is also equipped with a nice lounge and fireplace. On the upper floor there is an extra room at your disposal. The second outbuilding has been tastefully furnished as a wellness and fitness area with whirlpool and sauna. The spacious terraces offer a magnificent view of the surroundings and in the distance the mountains with the Biokovo Nature Park. This villa was stunning! Such an amazing house with all of the amenities you could ask for and more. The location was perfect for us, nestled in a small village with panoramic views of the valley and surrounding mountains. We sat on the veranda every night to eat our dinner. It’s about 15 mins from the nearest Tommy’s Supermarket and about 30 mins from the town Makarska. There was plenty of bedrooms for us all, each with their own bathroom. WiFi at the main house was working and ready when we needed it.The host was very communicative and accessible when we needed them. They were there to welcome us with shots of their home made liquor on check in!I would 100% stay here again if I’m ever with a group in Croatia.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Olka. Welcome drinks and tour of property by host was very friendly. We enjoyed 10 days at the property which had excellent facilities, the pool was well used and so fresh as no chemicals used. Great views and half hour from beautiful beaches
