The house is part of a shared residence with a fantastic location and breathtaking views of the Kitzbühel Alps and the Wilder Kaiser. The mountain bike and hiking trail runs right by it. This is a renovated mountain farmhouse dating back to 1832. The first floor has been carefully restored with original Hangehauenen walls, floors, and ceilings.

The first floor of the sleeping area was faithfully reconstructed using the existing original structure of beams, walls, ceilings, and floors, along with hand-carved doors.
