Le Stanze dei Mille is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and easily the best of our trip to Italy. The palazzo is gorgeous, full of charm, in a great spot in Chiaia. The apartment is very comfy and well equipped, so we never felt like we were missing anything, and the little antechamber with a kitchen made everything even more comfortable. The fridge was stocked with little treats for breakfast, things we’d happily eat again tomorrow.
And Rosaria is such a nice person, genuinely warm and attentive, and she’s one of the reason this stay felt so special. She made us feel welcome from the very beginning, with the kind of attention that’s hard to find.
I can only recommend this place to anyone who wants Naples to feel like home rather than a stop on the way. It’s the kind of stay that makes you want to slow down, sit in the kitchen with a coffee, and look out at the view before heading into the city.

Great location - as mentioned in other reviews it’s a flat above an old theatre - bit quirky, but we loved it! Staff outstanding - helped us out massively when I lost phone in a taxi…
