We booked lake view room and it didn’t disappoint. Beautifully appointed. Loved how close the house was to the golf course.
Took us a little to find it. Maps has the house further away from course.

- beautiful located
- very friendly people
- comfortable big apartment
- beakfast was very simple and that's okay but quality of products should be a little bit better
- dust in the room here and there should
But it's doesn't have influence on the general opinion about this great place!

Calm, place to enjoy the nature and the beautiful view of the lake. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Especially if you play golf its a heaven for you.
The main thing was the hill narrow road leading to the property. You must have a car otherwise it's almost impossible to walk down the hill to the main center of Menaggio , especially going up. It takes 10-12 minutes by car to get to the center. Otherwise, peaceful lovely place.

The view is amazing, the suite is in a nice traditional Italian style .
There is always enough parking near the place.
Great coffee at breakfast
The room was dusty ( under , above the bed ) and not cleaned daily. We didn't get any explanation when we got to the room.
The breakfast was very limited, no veggies . Do ask for eggs with your coffee ;)
