All staff are friendly and can speak some english. Decent breakfast with bread, cucumber and tomatoes, cheese, eggs, coffee and tea. Beds are comfortable, room is clean, good location with many cheap food spots on the street, more local feeling. There is an elevator between floors.
Not the best water pressure in the shower but was okay

From the first moment of our stay, great service, excellent contact and help in every situation. Excellent service during breakfast. Perfect location in the old district - possibility of visiting all monuments on foot.
The view from the window, but after a good night's sleep, a good breakfast and sightseeing in Istanbul - it doesn't matter much.
