About this apartment rental
We are one of the few short-term tourist rentals listed on the OFFICIAL Niagara Falls, NY tourism website and have an operating permit for the City of Niagara Falls, so you can feel safe and secure booking with us.
Our space is a great place for families located in a safe neighborhood in Niagara Falls, NY about 5 minutes from The Falls by car.
The rental is a private apartment in a split level home (there is a completely separate upper rental apartment) with a living room, dining room, full kitchen, full bath and two bedrooms.
The living room has been set up to be a third bedroom with a pull-out queen sized bed. Total, the rental can sleep six adult guests.
Because it is one of two private apartments in the home, there is a possibility for noise such as creaky floors or hearing other guests. It is the nature of apartment living.
It also has a patio and grill in the backyard for guests to use.

This place is situated in a great neighborhood and is conveniently close to Niagara Falls. However, I felt that the cleanliness of the place could have been improved.

Very clean well set up place! Location felt safe. James communicated well throughout the trip making check in easy. I book Vrbo’s to have access to a kitchen/be able to cook meals and this one was well equipped for a simple meal and clean. LOVED the option of the book library, such a cute touch!

Compared to other streets in the area, it was okay. The house was clean and enough space for our family of 4.We never used the kitchen. It looked clean, just dated.The bathroom was small but fine. It did seem strange the towels were all mismatched and old. The beds (especially the bunk beds) were pretty uncomfortable for us and the kids. The first night, there were no upstairs tenants so it was overall very quiet. But when someone was staying upstairs, you could hear every footstep.I don't think they were being loud on purpose, just an old creaky house.
