About this condo rental
Oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom with full kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony overlooking the boardwalk. Many guest enjoy watching dolphins in the early surf. Restaurants, family / nightly entertainment and shopping all within walking distance. King in Primary Bedroom and Two Double beds in the 2nd Bedroom. Smart TV's in Living Room, Primary Bedroom and 2nd Bedroom Boardwalk has bike and skating paths as well as miles of walking opportunity. Chair and umbrella rentals are available as well. During the summer there are minimal night and check in day restrictions. Please feel free to send your questions and we will be happy to address. Condo amenities include exterior shower to rinse off prior to entry, laundry facilities and swimming pool. You and your guests will feel right at home with comfortable furnishings within your Unit. The condo comes with full refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and all the comforts of home. Linens available for $75.00 or feel free to bring your own linens and fee will be waived. The 37th St Beach Condo also features: * 2 bedrooms (King bed in primary and 2 double beds in 2nd bedroom) * Bathroom in the Primary Bedroom with another Full Bath for the 2nd Bedroom * Cookware, dishes and utensils provided. We include both a brew pot coffee maker and a Keurig. (Guest should bring their own preferred coffee supplies). Dish washer packets, dish detergent, dish sponge, salt & pepper, trash bags, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and a spare light bulb or so, * Open living/kitchen floor plan chairs on the balcony * Complimentary cable and wifi *Check-in is contactless. guests receive key cards for building and condo entry and parking pass, only 1 vehicle is allowed per unit. Location? From the lobby to the boardwalk, approximately 17 yards. That's access to everything: the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and attractions. Whether you are looking to relax and unwind or looking for a little adventure, the 37th St Beach Condo is a pretty cool place to enjoy your beach visit. Fabulous! The condo was clean and equipped very well. Location was oceanfront and dealing with the property manager was terrific. She was very accommodating and flexible. I would highly recommend this condo for rent.

The location and view can’t be beat and the accommodations are lovely! My senior parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the living space and had plenty of room to entertain visits with local family.
The best part for me was the location. The oceanfront view was serene and we practically rolled onto the beach.

We wanted a peaceful place to lay back and visit old friends. We found what we were looking for! I especially enjoyed watching the large pod of dolphins swimming by each morning, catching their breakfast in the incoming tide. We enjoyed playing table games in front of the huge window/wall, perfect for our purposes.
We had everything we needed in the unit. Comfortable beds and lots of comfy seating. fully equipped (smallish) kitchen. The owner and I worked out a few details directly, and she is VERY quick to respond and easy to work with. There is a good grocery store close by and a number of restaurants. We were surprised that so many places were closed for the winter. There is an outdoor pool (closed) but nothing indoors; no hot tub.
The only concern I had is that our friends have limited mobility, so using the tub/shower w/o safety bars was a challenge. I was told that grab bars would be added right after we left. Also, figuring out the remote and tv channels was difficult for these old codgers.
We were there the week after Thanksgiving, so we got to enjoy the light show on the boardwalk. The sea animals pulling the sleigh was pretty cool! The boardwalk provides a great path for walking or biking.
Would we go back? Without a doubt. Would we recommend it to a friend? Absolutely. Thanks for a lovely time!

Ann was fantastic from the get go. I asked for an accommodation at check in that I expected to pay extra for, and she refused to take $. While I was there I managed to lock myself out of the building. I called Ann, she answered, and IMMEDIATELY took care of it for me. Great location, plenty of room, I highly recommend this property!

Awesome!! We really enjoyed watching the dolphins jump and play right out the living room windows!! We will plan another stay here for sure!

Great location right off the boardwalk.
Very comfortable & well furnished.
My only complaint is that there is no basic provisions like you find in a lot of places.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

This condo has a great kitchen, lots of comfy living room furniture, super location & wonderful view. Exactly as shown in pictures. Host was very responsive & helpful! Definitely will recommend to family & friends when they come to VB!

We enjoyed our stay. Good location, clean. We saw a lot of dolphins every morning as well as different birds. We visited the aquarium, the Wisconsin in Norfolk and the Cape Henry lighthouse. All of which were not far from the condo. We will look forward to coming down again.

We booked this property because it was newly renovated and looked very nice. Unfortunately, at the last minute (the morning we were driving to the unit to check in), they texted us that we were put in a different unit with NO explanation. We inquired as to why, and they said they had some maintenance issues. So we were put in an older unit with mildew in the baths, incomplete paint, peeling paint, and stained carpets, and where one of the bedrooms was so hot in the afternoon (even with drapes fully closed), we had to call maintenance. They never asked us if this was OK. They never offered a partial refund. They never offered to put us up in a hotel until repairs were complete. Nothing. They just pushed us into a different (lower quality) unit. BEWARE of these shifty owners!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Spacious, clean, great location! We spent days at the beach and took a dip in the pool before dinner. Communication and recommendations were perfect! We will certainly be back!

Every appliance that you can think of was included except there is no silverware. It would’ve been nice to have had silverware. Don’t necessarily need a juicer.

Great property! Right on the boardwalk and within easy walking distance of dining and shopping. Parking on site. Wide, clean beach. Clean, well stocked unit that was the perfect size for our family of four. We all enjoyed the covered balcony especially when watching a wild thunder/lightning storm blow in and out one evening. Just as described on VRBO. Owner responded pleasantly and timely prior to our trip. We had no reason to reach out while we were there. I highly recommend this vacation spot; it is likely that we will return in the future.

Don’t pass this one up! It’s perfect! The views are remarkable and you can watch dolphins as you drink coffee in the morning! Ann is a sweetheart and responds to all yr needs. This will be the only place I will stay when we return ! Comfortable beds… great kitchen.. but the views are just amazing ❤️ Thank you Ann !

It’s an older building but the kitchen has been updated & it is nicely decorated. It was very clean & sufficiently stocked w/ the necessities. The condo even provides some books, movies & games for entertainment. It is a good size, very roomy condo. It was more than enough space for our family of 4. Beautiful view of the ocean, beach & boardwalk. We would definitely stay again.

Condo was clean with beautiful big windows to see the ocean with. My husband loved doing yoga on the deck and in front of the giant window. The apartment was quiet for the season we went and we road our bikes on the boardwalk bike path which was a lot of fun! We have saved this property on our list of properties to come back too.

The property was so clean and makes us feel like we’re at home. Perfect view for the sunrise and sunset. The boardwalk is right next to the entrance, so you can just go for a walk whenever you feel like it. All the nice Restaurants are next to your door…. We enjoyed it so much and will come back!

Had a wonderful girls weekend ! Beautiful fall weather, terrific food (&drink!) nearby, friendly people , no traffic, weekday early morning troop training cadence on the boardwalk, & then dolphin playing right out in front of us! Absolutely delightful… clean, safe, comfortable, convenient….& hosts were wonderful…. Always available for any questions! After 30+ years , I now understand why people come from everywhere to vacation here!
