The property is quite good. Good value for money. Basic amenities were there. There is a lift too. The front desk staff were very good and helpful. We are helped to visit Maa Tara temple. They helped us also get a transport for the Rampurhat rail station on our return journey which was a big thing.

The most important flip side was one lady who was in touch with us after the booking. Asked for a token advance which was paid. But once we reached there in the scorching heat, we were provided with the wrong direction to the hotel constantly. Ultimately some locals helped us in finding out the property. The guests should be very careful. The hotel doesn't have any in house restaurant. But they arranged for food from outside quickly.

Breakfast was not so good. Location is very congested. Other wise all are good
