Location bellissima e parcheggio incluso nel prezzo

Il parcheggio, la location comodissima per andare in spiaggia e muoversi con il tram

Il palazzo perdeva acqua dal soffitto all’ingresso e la serratura della casa non funziona bene

Absolutely terrible experience, only rating 2/10. Avoid this property!

無

This property only deserves two points: one for the spacious apartment and one for the close proximity to the beach. Everything else was an absolute disaster. I urge all future guests to read this review before booking. The 8.x rating is extremely misleading; the reality feels closer to a 6 or lower. Issues with the Stay: 1. Communication Issues: The host was unresponsive to questions before check-in and only started sending a list of demands and instructions a few days before arrival. 2. Key Collection Nightmare: Key collection is at a market across the street. For those driving, there is nowhere to park. We had to keep driving in circles and praying for a red light just to quickly grab the keys. 3. Terrible Parking: The assigned parking spot is tiny, dark, messy, and in a very tight space. If you don't have full rental car insurance, maneuvering here will be a huge headache. 4. Confusing Access: Basement lights are not always on. We were told to enter via "Entrance A," but the only thing clearly marked is the elevator entrance, making "Entrance A" virtually impossible to find. 5. Unsanitary Kitchen: The kitchen is old and outdated. The utensils and cooking equipment did not feel clean; we felt uncomfortable and refused to use them. 6. Missing Amenities & Disgusting Bathroom: The booking site promised free toiletries, but the bathroom only had two mouthwash cups—nothing else. The shower curtain was old and repulsive, and the towels felt like ancient relics. 7. Uncomfortable Bedding: The duvet was provided without a cover (just the insert), which is unhygienic. The pillows were also extremely uncomfortable. 8. Poor Maintenance: Several lights in the unit were broken and unusable, indicating poor maintenance. 9. Unethical Behavior: The property requested a 10:00 AM check-out. The day before, they tried to bribe me by offering a late check-out (until 5:00 PM) in exchange for a high rating. I refuse to accept this.

Defenetly recommend

The accommodation is very close to the beach, it's about 2 mins of walk away. When we arrived everything went okay, getting the keys and finding the garage was very easy. The balcony is spacious and there is a great view of the sea, we had breakfast there every morning. Really great for the price, defenetly recommend. True to the pictures.

Bel appartement bien situé

Widok na morze, taras, basen, lokalizacja top ! Cena i kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo chętnie bym tu wróciła , cudowne miejsce

Drobne rzeczy , jak brak papieru , brak mydła lepszej jakości, szklanki troszkę potłuczone, 1 z 3 parasoli plażowych troche popsuty. Ale to nieznaczące rzeczy , bo stosunek jakości do ceny wynagradzał wszystko , a widok na morze coś pięknego !

Easy access from airport and close to train station. Supermarket nearby and close from coast line.

There is no enough towels for us when we arrived. Besides no amenity at all even soap. Not possible to communicate with owner of apartment frequently. Check out time is 10AM and you need to pay for leaving suitcase at nearest mini market. We did not expect for these things.
