The one and only place I will stay in aguadilla. Safe and close to all beaches; plus super clean. I love this house and will be back.

The house is well kept and clean, everything you need for a pleasant stay is provided. The owner had great communication and took care of our requests promptly. We mainly just slept at the house but it has everything you need to spent your days there as well. Thank you for hosting us, you will be our first choice when we come back to Aguadilla

This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Super clean, had everything we needed! The location was great, close to places to eat and not too far from some amazing beaches. I would definitely stay here again!

Three friends and I stayed here for a vacation/wedding trip and absolutely loved it. Super close to multiple beaches and a great backyard for when you just want to be outside without being at the beach. Michelle was very easy to communicate with through the app and always willing to help us. The rooms are way bigger than we expected and the beds are very comfortable! All around, I would highly recommend this home.

It was a great place to stay with the family. We enjoyed every bit of it . My boys loved the backyard. The beaches are 5 to 7 minutes away from the house. Michelle the owner was great with responding to any questions or concerns we had. I will definitely stay there again on my next vacation. Thank you Michelle for allowing us to stay there and enjoy your beautiful home.

It was a very pleasant experience. The house is very clean, organized. The manager Brenda is so sweet and helpful and the owner Michelle was very attentive. Thank you. My daughter was very happy. Us too. Next time we will definitely look forward to book this property again. Thank you girls.

The property is clean and in good condition. The owner has decorated it beautifully in a beach theme. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have AC in the bedrooms. The living room has comfortable seating and a TV but we spent all our time on the covered patio which was cool and breezy. The outdoor seating was comfortable and it was nice to have a hammock as well. The modern washer and dryer were much appreciated, as were the beach chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone (except possibly to people with small children because of the many lovely decorative items which would necessitate lots of ¨kid-proofing¨. I am sure there is nothing else comparable available for such a reasonable price.

Worst stay ever neighbors was fighting across the street cops were called ......first day I got there the dumpster truck didn’t take the trash and left all this glass in the street I had to sweep up in order to drive my car in the driveway the landlord tried to charge me for using the towels sent me pictures of small spots said they were completely damaged she’s not a big fan of trash being put in the trash can as there big trash bin outside was full and never picked up the tried to blame me for breaking a table top that I clearly told her it was put away in the closet I stood there with my 3 yr old a 7 month old baby and my husband no a/c in the living room until u find out they charge a separate fee for that was never mentioned which who charges to use a a/c when you spend 600 to stay there for 4 days???? Lol that should of been automatically included u live in Pr it’s hot and muggy outside hotel would of been a better option next time property manager came by every single day knocking on the door with random excuse to pass by no privacy once so ever they kept saying they were there cuz the apartament next door is going to be rented but never was it’s not a whole house it’s actually four units in one with every apartment u share with a possible person who rents out the garage there is no actual garage the house was nice and clean we cleaned it as well before leaving but she actually complained and said it was dirty which wasn’t and I didn’t think going on vacation would of been such a headache with back and forth messages of fake damage property using towels is not considered a damage fee for all that they shouldn’t provide them at all especially the washer and dryer there is no dishwasher as it is broken so we couldn’t use that either her house keeper was just to nosey smiled in your face act all nice and rubs and tell the real owner a whole bunch of bs for no reason and complained about every single thing it was a nightmare felt like I was in jail with jail house rules it’s ok to come with just your honey If u can get rid of the property manager all up in your business and don’t bring your kids they complain the first day we got there it was just so annoying then I tried to make a police report of the fake damages she claimed soon as I said that then she gave me my refund back about the glass that was not broken once so over i checked out and stayed somewhere else with my money to much drama for me you come to relax not worry !!

LOTS OF SPACE, VERY CLEAN AND SUPER COMFORTABLE FOR VACATIONS WITH THE FAMILY

We love it!!!! It's was amazing, very beautiful house. The house is comfortable and very clean, my family is so happy to stay at Casa Polanco beach house @ Maleza alta’ aguadilla’ Puerto Rico. I'm so happy to stay there.Casa Polanco beach house @ Maleza alta’ aguadilla’ Puerto Rico is just the perfect house to be at for vacation. On my next vacation I will next it again can't wait.

We know that Weather conditions in PR is hot this time, found out no A/c in the rest of the house the rooms ok, after I made my reservation and got here I found out it was miserable...in top of that no power no back up plan I wasn't allowed to star the generator it was misereble for power!!!! My wife got sick!!!!bad experience

If there is any problem they take care of it quickly making your stay very pleasant.

Great location. We love Aguadilla. Having washing machine, patio area and outdoor shower makes it work well. I wish the dishwasher worked as we needed to do a number of meals at the house.
