Modernes und sauberes Hotel ohne Seele

Das Design ist modern und 10 Minuten zu Filus von der Altstadt

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig klein, es gibt keinen Arbeitsplatz, das Personal ist nicht unfreundlich aber auch nicht wirklich freundlich, es hilft zumindest nicht bei Fragen. Das Hotel wirkt ein bisschen Seelenlos.

Ecoloft à Phuket town

L'hôtel est très bien. Les principaux points forts sont la piscine en roof top et la propreté irréprochable des chambres et de l'hôtel en général. La situation géographique est bien pour le marché de nuit,.

Moins bien puisqu'on est à Phuket town pour les plages et la chaleur, du coup. Il n''y a ni placard, ni rangement dans la chambre, c'est un peu ennuyeux pour défaire sa valise et pas beaucoup de cintres non plus

Местоположение отличное, вроде подальше от дороги, не шумно, но при этом в самом центре старого города, рядом 7/11, аптека, куча мест, где можно покушать, на ресепшн очень добродушные и приветливые администраторы, тут же можно подогреть еду, а самое главное, каждое утро в лобби лежали вкуснейшие печенюшки, каждый день разные, и бассейн, он был шикарен.

Минусов не нашли

Good value for money

Staffs were super friendly. The place is located near old town Phuket. Nice rooftop pool. No crib provided for our baby but nice spacious beds for double bed room, enough for us. free snacks everyday.

The room doesnt have enough hanger to hang towels, otherwise its all good!

Nice short stay

I have been here before in 2019. Lovely solid place with a nice pool on the rooftop. Rooms are nicely decorated and have everything you need. Pricing is ok. Centrally located in old town.

People working there were very nice but not too well informed

Great place to stay with good location and good price.

Good room and facilities for price. Good location with easy access to main old town streets. Great snacks at reception.

No breakfast available. No coffee and tea provided in room but down in reception only.

Parfait

Chambres spacieuses, lit extra extra large comme je n’avais jamais vu. Propre, bien agencée. Ascenseur, piscine sur rooftop de 7h a 19h. Pas de petit dejeuner mais bonne surprise d’avoir de quoi se faire un café gratuitement avec quelques petits gâteaux a l’accueil. Personnel discret mais bien aimable. Localisation parfaite.

ราคาพันต้นๆกับทำเลใกล้ old town เดินไปแปบเดียวก็ถึงค่ะ แถมมินิบาร์ในห้องก็ฟรีหมด ห้องสะอาด พนักงานบริการดี มีที่จอดรถให้ ถ้าเห็นรถจอดเต็มหน้าโรงแรมไม่ต้องตกใจนะคะ ขับเข้าไปมีที่จอดสำหรับลูกค้าโรงแรมค่ะ

Modern, clean, good location. Very friendly / helpful staff. would return.

Very convenient location for visiting Old Town and the Walking Market also a short taxi ride from the ferry port. The hotel looked quite new, the room was fairly basic but had everything you need and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

Nice stay

Property decoration was quite modern, I liked that. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful. We have stayed there only 1 day so we couldn’t use the pool but it seems nice. Location is good for the ones who will go to the Rassada Pier, only 110 Baht with Grab.

There is no soap to wash the hands.

We'd stay again.

For the price, the rooms were great! Clean, comfortable and spacious. And the hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance to Old Town. We really enjoyed our stay here and would visit again.

Very good

The hotel had everything we needed for a one night stay close to the old town. The rooftop pool was nice. We arrived early and were able to check in without a problem.

The staff were less than friendly.

Nice and easy stay.

Nice central location but not too busy as the hotel is a couple minutes walk off the main street. Nice rooftop area and reception area to rest from the sun. The high ceiling reception invites cooling wind.

Nice hotel in quiet location, close to eateries but must improve on cleanliness & hygiene!

Location is good. Good eateries within walking distance.

The toilet behind the Reception was filthy and disgusting, as what we discovered while waiting to check-in. We were also appalled that NO HAND-WASH/Hand Soap was provided in our room! Hand hygiene is so important now in the Covid era!

Free minibar refil!

Had a really pleasant stay at EcoLoft, it was in a great location if you are after a more relaxed experience of Phuket!

Unfortunately the staff weren’t much help in giving advice about where to go or about transportation. The facilities are a little dated now too, the Hotel could use a bit of a renovation.

Very good

Great location. A few blocks from all the action. So it was easy to walk to, but also far enough that it wasn't noisy. There are a couple of places to do your laundry very close by. The hotel was clean. The rooms were a good size and clean. Great price!

No breakfast at the hotel. There was supposed to be coffee available, but sometimes there was no coffee , and when there was coffee, it was the instant coffee. The wifi wasn't great

location was great, very clean and quiet.

the staff was not very nice, even rude. no or almost no explanation, not very helpful and picking up the phone when we were talking to them. the hotel seems unalive. a shame with all its potential.

Ideal for a short stay in the oldtown

Great location, modern neat and clean rooms, comfortable beds, industrial look is cool, daily free minibar, easy transfer service by taxi to the ferry boats

No breakfast available, the driveway entrance to the building is roughly made especially for stroller/wheelchair difficult to access, the staff doesn't always speak English

Very good hotel

the hotel is one of the best i went in Thailand the room the bed the swimming Pool is amazing

they should put more place to lay down next to the Pool and the staff could be more proactive they are not very helpfull they pretty much just hand me the card of the room and Thats it for all the stay they give you no information about the hotel or the city

Good

1. Location of hotel was near to the bus terminal where the airport bus dropped us off. 2. Room was spacious. Had a good view. Mini bar (with drinks and snacks) was replenished everyday. Lots of plugs. One of the plugs was universal so there was no need for an adapter. 3. Even though there was no breakfast, there were biscuits and cakes, and coffee provided at the front desk for guests to eat and drink all day. So it was good for us to have while waiting for the tour bus to pick us up in the morning from the hotel. 4. Staff were friendly and helpful. 5. The view overlooking the pool was beautiful. 6. There were tables outside (and inside) the entrance of the hotel to hang around. 7. Wifi connection was strong.

1. No coffee or tea in the room. There was a kettle and mugs in the room though. 2. The room was for 3 with 3 single beds but there was only 1 table and 1 chair. So when we wanted to eat, we moved the table to the end of the beds to eat together. Could have provided more chairs. 3. If we leave food in the rooms, the ants would be crawling all over it in a few hours. 4. Pool closes early at 7pm. Can’t access the area after that period even if we don’t use the pool. 5. The layout of the room was such that one of the beds was put in a corner facing a window but could not see the TV. 6. The beds moved around because there were wheels on it.
