Excellent as it always is - our family really enjoy our visits to Vincentia when we stay at the house. The location is fantastic.

Property very pet friendly internally and safe externally. Did not use A/C or heating.Very confortable, so well stocked with all that is required and more. Perfect location for numerous beaches, town and grocery stores, gardens, beaches and national park.

It would have been a nice touch to have had a welcome note-I have always found this lovely to start a holiday. Gate was awful - very hard to open and quite frustrating.
