Summer activities include hiking into nearby glaciers and Chugach State Park. This condo has a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a balcony with beautiful views. Feel refreshed in the shared sauna after a day on the slopes. The cable TV will keep you entertained at night. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The fireplace is not operational. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The lock box location is by the entrance on the side of the building near the entrance to the parking lot.

Studio apartment was good. great location. check in was fine except for trying to find the lock box. communication was quick with the host but it seamed like I was talking to a different person every time I had a question.

Building has huge tarp on outside wall. Place reeked like cigarettes. Counted on doing laundry here but washer was broke. Tried calling vacasa several times and line was always busy. Never had such a bad experience with vacasa before.

I have stayed at this rental numerous times now. Last year we booked it twice and same for this year. I always love staying here as it can accommodate just my spouse and I or us and the kids. I have ALWAYS been impressed with how clean this place is and free of gross smells, however this year the shower walls appeared to be missed in the cleaning process as there was a mans hair all over the walls and the condo smelt as if someone prior had smoked. This is unfortunate because last year neither of these things occurred.

This condo was clean, had everything we needed and easy to enjoy. The sheets and bedding were super comfortable, and it was nice to drink coffee and look out at the mountain draped in fog. This place is right in town and close to everywhere we needed to go. Staff was helpful and kind.

Our stay as a family of 4 was easy and comfortable. Single bed also had a trundle, rather than using the pull-out. Kitchen was well stocked, and had simple items like coffee, tea, filters, etc. Curtains did a good job blocking out 24hrs of light at night. Also provided a fan to help with air circulation, since there are no windows with screens (plenty of light from 3 doors, just no screens to leave open and avoid bugs).

Loved this little condo. It’s an older building in Girdwood but decorated very nicely. Loved the big bed bedding! Whoever cleans this rental should be getting a raise because it was impeccable! One thing I would fix is requesting the heat be turned down to 60 prior to leaving. When we arrived it was freezing inside the unit and due to the age of the building it takes longer to get the heat up to a comfortable spot. It was -3 outdoors when we arrived and after unloading the car we were a little chilly so being able to come inside to a warm condo would have been nice. Other than that this place rocks!

Great Location to mountain and glacier city bus. Price was perfect for an off season rental and what this place offered. My negatives with the place is all the noise from kiddos and adults in the hallway. Sauna had a different key code and weren’t able to access it. Also, the bed slopes inward making it very uncomfortable. The reviews mentioned this bed problem a while back in the reviews. I believe as a fix a mattresses topper was added. Cheap and insufficient because it was awful and the mattress needs to be replaced. I almost slept on the trundle bed because it was so uncomfortable.

This unit is walking distance to chair 3, much appreciated. It is small ish and the kids bounced around to entertain themselves. The noise between the units is noticeable, both us hearing noise from the unit above us, and from our unit to side units. This is in the blue building and GPS directed us further up the hill and I’m the dark we walked around trying to find it to avoid driving in circles, once identified we were easily able to get in. Clue in guests that it’s first right off crystal mountain drive.

Room was just as described. Comfy bed and just a walk away from the sitzmark. Everything was clean and easy to find. Only complaint was neighbor with a bunch of noisy kids stomping around, but not much you can control about that.

The condo was well equipped! Queen bed was comfortable and the view of the trees and mountain side was nice to enjoy out the large patio window. The condo had a private front entrance. Only those in the condo building could access. Enjoyed!

The condo itself was clean and as pictured, the building was old and needed attention to cleanliness and maintenance. There is a big flat screen TV however there is no service and no cables to connect your computer (for streaming) or the blue ray player. The biggest issue though was that someone knocked on the door early (0730) and then proceeded to unlock it presumably to enter. We were scheduled to leave (checkout is 1000) that morning but were still asleep at that point. It was very unnerving. The property manager responded quickly to my concern but still…
