Quiet, exclusive and away from the crowd. Our 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo offers so much. We are directly across the street from the beach and have a private beach boardwalk. Our condos are waterfront to Ole River. From the balcony you have beautiful views of Ole River and our two private boat docks with slips. You will love the sunrise an sunset views from the comfort of your balcony. Be looking for dolphins. They love to play just out from the balcony. In the Master bedroom is a comfortable King size bed. The Master bath has a step in shower with a high pressure shower head. The 2nd bedroom has several beds. It has bunks that have a double on the bottom and twin on the top. It also has a single twin bed and a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom also has bunks with a double on bottom and a twin on top. It also has a Queen bed. All bedrooms have cable TV's. The living room, Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom all have DVD players. In the kitchen you find all you need. Besides the basic expected kitchen items you will find a crock pot, Keurig and a regular coffee pot. The dining area is nice to gather the family for a meal or take it outside onto the balcony. Our amenities include: *A large swimming pool with pool house *Tennis Court *Basketball Court *Boat Slips *Storage for Boat Trailers *BBQ grills overlooking Ole River and Ono Island as well as by the pool area *EASY Onsite check in. No need to use your vacation time traveling to pick up keys. *Onsite office *24 hour emergency maintenance *Private boardwalk to the beach Sundown is away from the overcrowded high rise units but still close to all the action in Perdido and Orange Beach. We are only one mile East of the famous Flora Bama Bar and Restaurant. We are a smaller property with only three floors high which allows for much easier parking and access to the unit. Cable and Free WIFI provided. *Sundown has taken every precaution to ensure accuracy, however, we reserve the right to correct errors.

We had a great week with family at this condo in Perdido Key. The space itself has plenty of room for our group of 7, enough beds for everyone to sleep in their own if we wanted to, the AC worked great, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more, and the location was perfect. We loved the view off the balcony in the mornings and evenings, and even saw some sting ray swimming in the water by the dock, as well as lots of fish, crabs, and birds. To get to the beach is about a 5 minute walk across the street from the condo, and there is a private boardwalk access. The beach itself was wonderful, not very crowded, the water was warm, plenty of shells and some fish. We ate at the Crab Trap restaurant right on the beach across from the condos, and went back twice more after that. We don't have any complaints at all about the condo, and would book again if we return to Perdido Key in the future!

We had the best time. There was plenty of room for us all and I even had enough space to put my daughter in her pack and play. We loved that the dock was right in front of the balcony so we could watch the kids easily while they fished. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay here at Sundown! The location and amenities were perfect for our stay. The kids enjoyed the large pool, basketball court, and dock for fishing! The beach access right across the street was awesome too! Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the condo as well!

We were really impressed with the condo and views. However, none of the TV's worked the entire stay and also had internet issues for most of the stay. Management was great, however the owner kept canceling the work order for the TVs. The manager did offer to switch our unit, however the other option did not have enough beds.

Condo slept every one very comfortably. It was clean. Had all the kitchen items we needed. The beach was a quick walk across the road. The bay was right behind the condo and the younger kids were able to catch crabs and fish while the adults watched them thru the patio door or from the patio. Perfect location and closeness to bay and ocean.

Loved the location of this complex, with the river for fishing, crabbing and kayaking, and the Gulf beach right across the street. The condo is spacious and well-equipped, with a particularly lovely balcony. Communication with the office was smooth, with easy check-in and checkout. We'll be back next summer!

We had reservations at a house before booking here. For an unknown reason the owner cancelled our reservation four days before we were supposed to check in. We found Sundown the next day and I contacted the manager, Tammy, who was very nice. I explained to her our situation and asked if there would be any problems booking with such short notice. She replied immediately and advised there would be no problems. So we booked. The condo had a bed for everyone and was very spacious. The pool is close to all of the units. There is even a private access for the beach. Glad we found this place!

This condo was in a perfect place with quick access to the beach, pool, and basketball courts. I love the fact that we could eat out and not have to drive far, even walk if we wanted. All the beds were so comfy and the linens were clean and soft. I definitely want to go back.
