Location,clean,comfortable, owner helpful
Not being told about scaffolding outside the property which spoiled the view also due to work taking place windows are dirty and the small open area you couldn’t use as it was dirty and dusty from were work is being carried out ,we had to lovely sunny days but couldn’t have patio doors open as the dust was coming in to the sitting area also it would of been lovely to sit and look out at the beach but again spoiled by scaffolding also I was hoping to use my smart telescope to do some Astro photography but couldn’t due to scaffolding if I had known about this before hand I would of booked elsewhere I had to go out in my car to find somewhere to set up and do my hobby when I should if been able to do it from our sitting room which was a shame also no blind in small window in kitchen area so had to use to cushions to stop anyone looking in ..it was a good job I did as we got woken up by workmen this morning doing something by the small window causing the cushions to fall out onto the kitchen flob we couldn’t open up the curtains due to workmen working again would of been nice to be pre warned about the work taking place as the scaffolding as been up since August

Excellent location right on the beach
Ongoing work meant we couldn’t use the little balcony but that is obviously temporary and will be finished soon

We enjoyed being right on the seafront
Good facilities, such as toaster, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and even a washing machine!
The pictures on the walls were a nice touch

Step-free access
The apartment, at the time of visiting was a building site, with repairs being done on the outside of the building, which meant we didn't have a good view, instead we had a view of scafholding and fences, and had the sound of occasional drilling.
It didn't have a holiday apartment feel, as there was no welcome guide to tell you about the area or apartment, and there were no tea bags, or little extras you'd expext from a host.
The furnature was functional but dated
Most of the apartment was spotlessly clean but some parts such as around bath and shelves had been missed
I use a wheelchair. It was accessible to a certain extent but I struggled to reach the key safe, to open the heavy main door, and get in and out the bath, and there was no disabled parking space
