Leaves something to be desired.

Central location if you want to be in the old town.

Where to begin, let's start from the beginning. Checking in with this company is done in an out of date style. You must first meet at an office located about 15min away from the property to get the keys. Arrived 20.minutes before check-in time, 3:40. I understand check-in is at 4 but they would not allow an early check-in... We came back at 4:05 and there was a lineup of about 20 people which took around 25 to get through. So needless to say check-in here is not a smooth process. Arrive at the property, the main building lock is sticky and very hard to get the key to work properly. I initially tried and thought that maybe we had the wrong location. Eventually I got the key to work after trying multiple times, this became a common occurrence when trying to get into the building. Arrived at the apartment, the cleaning lady was still inside. Not a big deal. The apartment had some bad smells coming from the bathroom, a mixture of humidity and a sewer smell coming from the drain. Stayed for multiple days, not enough toilet paper or garbage bags, you're expected to empty the garbage before leaving or you are charged 20€ however they don't give you any replacement garbage bags if you need to empty the bin during your stay. Also no colour coded garbage bags to indicate how to sort the trash. Paper/Glass/Trash ect. Now, the sleeping arrangements. The bed are very uncomfortable, one is particularly bad, with springs poking into your back. The noise during the night is very loud from a bar on the main floor of the building, this continues to around 2 in the morning, so if you are a family that needs sleep or has kids that wake easily this is not the property for you. Also, no cutting board in the kitchen, no colander if you want to make pasta (this happened to me)a Nescafe machine with no coffee pods (where do you get pods when you're a tourist?) no scissors and no coffee machine.

That it had 2 bedrooms and a view of Lagos through the window.

The bed springs could be felt through the mattress. No basic cooking essentials. The shower was small and the fact that if you don't throw out your own trash you get charged 20 euros.

Nothing. The roof fell down completely in one of our bedrooms. Luckily we weren’t at home at the time or could have died. 0 accountability or even an apology from the property managers names DreamAlgarve.

Very good location.
