Second stay, as we’ve been very thankful for the friendly and helpful staff. The location and rate are ideal, and it is both simple and comfortable.
Our handheld shower head wasn’t broken at the base, or not fully connected somehow, and water seemed to spray everywhere!

Very convenient for an early flight and the shuttle bus was worth every cent! Not new and didn’t look very nice on the outside but the room was clean, the water was hot and and the bed was comfy. The gentleman at reception was very helpful. There were snacks and drinks available but I didn’t have time to try that out. It was literally a two minute walk from Rümlang train station. It was quiet and the balcony doors could be opened which was nice on a warm evening.
It was a bit tired and worn around the edges, but it was a pretty good price so no complaints really.

Clean, convenient, fair price, and easily accessible by train! We used this as our base in Zurich!
Nothing, just as advertised!

We only stopped one night between arriving at Zurich airport and travelling onto Luzern.
The triple room was basic.
Beds were reasonable.
It did a job!
Good location for train station.
Tired and slightly grubby
