Unfortunate disappointment
The room itself looked neat and bathroom was clean except for mold in the shower. There were cups and some tablewear, and hotplate for cooking. Owners were responsive to the feedback and gave a partial refund when I left early.
The ground floor room smelled of cigarette smoke and mold, was damp and dark with no natural light. Shower door is full of mold. Ventilation is poor. The garden was not like in photos - it is partly abandoned building ruin site with dry leaves, leftover dead flower pots and carelessly left gardening equipment and what looked like empty pet cages. There was smoking table with ashtray right behind my only window. Mushrooms were growing out of pavement. Strong smell prevented from sleeping at night, so I had to cut my stay short.

A little "Stay as local" vibe :)
From the airport, take the 100E airport bus and then the bus 9 to Margit hid, budai hidfo. It is not far from the stop but you may feel it is a bit of walk when you are dragging luggage. I've stayed at room 2 in an apartment with 3 rooms upstairs. The kitchen and so called living room are shared. Own fridge and kettle in the room is very useful. WiFi works perfect. Large windows. AC installed. Relatively new shower booth. Hairdryer, shampoo and bodymilk? are provided. The whole building is quite old and that's the appealing point of this property, so if you expect spotless clean room, better book a fancy hotel. It is very quiet at night, and there is another door between the room door and the bedroom so you barely hear noise from the other rooms. There are two public spa within walking distance.
It would be better if the room has a proper curtain for the window. It is almost see-through. To be fair, the ceiling window has a blind. The bathroom is tiny (But very functioning!) so some people may feel quite tight. I am not big but I still hit my elbows a few times when I was taking a shower. The living room and the kitchen are considered as a common area, and it is dark even at daytime. No condiment or tea/coffee whatsoever while at least cutlery and kitchen tools are provided. The stairs to the rooms can be quite a bit of challenging when you have a big luggage. It is so narrow and steep. Luckily I only had a small trolley so that was not a problem for me. Personally I felt a bit nostalgic as my grandmother's house used to have this type of stairs. :) The old building consists of a few small apartments. So old that the stairs and floors squeak sometimes, and built-in closet and the second door don't close until you push it so hard. I didn't mind them but it may bother to some. Lastly, I see some comments on the garden in front, and indeed it can be improved a lot if the owner wishes, but it doesn't bother me as I just pass by when I go out and come back.

A good apartment is ok for a short stay
The location is good, rather close to public transport, but the area is not vital in Buda. If the duration is short, there is no problem with that bed is comfortable and the bathroom is large and contains everything you need. Easy check-in and automatic check-out
The kitchen is small and narrow, but it fulfils the purpose with all the equipment. You may also have trouble drying clothes while not turning on the heating.

Pretty good option if you don't mind incredibly simple interiors
Great location. Roof window in the room. Big dining area at the first floor. Washing machine, all the needed kitchenware. Additional kettle in the room. It was quiet at night, although the location isn't far away from busy streets.
Rattling doors, creaky floors. Unforgivably simple interior, rubbish wardrobe.

Very good
A cozy flat with an attractive little garden. A comfortable bed, good couch and dining table / chairs, decent bathroom, washing machine and a small kitchen with all the basics you need. A great location. A really interesting neighbourhood with plenty of places to eat and a very cool combined pub / indi cinema close by. Close to tram stops for easy access to the major sites on both sides of the river. Very good information left by the host on the local area, what to see and visit and how to use public transport.
Based on other reviews it must depend on which flat you end up in but for the one I was in (#5) wi-fi was very poor. A little cold and damp.

dirty unpleasant place with overrated reviews, don't stay there
The location of the venue is in a good area, really close to everything but in a quiet district in a picturesque street with great history.
but the place description is inaccurate and does not correspond to the pictures (at least now). The garden is messy and unpleasant, it faces an abandoned ruined barn, which was quite scary to pass in the evening. The room was on the roof floor. There was a weird smell in the room as if someone smoked something in the room (could be the neighbours) or like a mouse died, which was stinking. The room has not been cleaned. The walls have not been painted, the bathroom is quite new but dirty. The bed is of old self -build construction which had a weird smell too, there were strange red stains everywhere, to be fair I don't know if it is blood or the paint they used and didn't wash properly. There was an old dusty blanket with crunches near the bed. The bed linen didn't look fresh at all, so it was not pleasant to sleep in that place at all. Please DO clean the rooms and wash the floor. And clean the dust everywhere. The bathroom needs cleaning, it cannot be used like this. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and it looks that all reviews have been faked. I seriously don't understand what do other people find so cool in this place. I didn't feel okay to touch anything at that place.
