OCEANFRONT 5-bdrm. NOTE: Expedia/Vrbo uses AI and Google maps to make changes, noting you must drive to the beach. That is incorrect. The Pearl by the Sea is ON the beach! Easy Walkway right to the beach and toes in the sand. Walkway goes from first floor and ramp (from the ground)! So quite easy for your fishing gear, grandma or kids wagon, w/ only a few steps down to the beachside. Thanks for looking at Pearl by the Sea at North Topsail Beach which is one of two UNIQUE properties. The Pearl is in the community of the VILLAGE OF STUMP SOUND, S. Permuda Wynd in North Topsail Beach, NC. The Pearl and the Flip Flop Inn (vrbo 181444) sit side-by-side. They are on a private street in the Village of Stump Sound in North Topsail Beach and together they are called North Topsail Oceanfront Rentals. The community pool is just down the street and only a 3-4 minute walk by street or beach. The sound side of our community is right across the street, is a great place to enjoy a walk, ride your bike or play tennis. You can also play pickle ball. Come and enjoy!! Many times emails are slow to come through this Expedia site (the owner of Vrbo). Although, always happy to hear from travelers and answer any questions, before booking. Rentals are weekly only w/ checkin/checkout... SATURDAY TO SATURDAY during warm months. Weeks can have some flexibility outside of warmer months, although is weekly. Pearl by the Sea is located in a premier development at the end of the cul-de-sac. I am sure you will love either property on The Pearl by the Sea. All bedrooms on the first floor (1) King, (1) Queen and bunk bedroom w/ 2 sets of bunkbeds) have access to oceanside deck and wonderful views. Main floor (2nd) has Queen bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, great room and dining area with ocean views and occasional dolphin citings. Baby Crib/High chair available for little one. Flatscreen TV's in great room and most bedrooms. Elevator goes from Ground floor to 1st and 2nd floors. It does not go to 3rd floor. 3rd floor has a King bedroom w/ private deck. Yes..we have wireless internet! If you're an early bird..can take beautiful sunrise pictures from oceanside decks. FOR MORE AREA PICTURES...check out our Flip Flop Inn which sits to the left of the Pearl! Any questions...please ask. There is only one "Pearl by the Sea" in the Village of Stump Sound in North Topsail Beach. The Pearl and our other home, the Flip Flop Inn (vrbo 181444) SHARE the volleyball court in the back yard. We just finish an adult only family reunion at Topsail and “The Pearl”. Beautiful home with bright, beach colors and all the amenities of your own home! Especially liked the the elevator, walk way to the beach and the ice machine downstairs.

Our family enjoyed the peace and quiet. It was a wonderful week and we enjoyed the property. The owners provided anything you could imagine and obviously care about about the property and renters. I would recommend this property over and over.

This is our family's second visit to the Pearl and we were excited to return to such a beautiful house. The ocean views are incredible and you can get your toes wet in about 3 minutes door to water. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The volleyball court and outdoor areas are a great way to way to keep your crew busy in the evenings with games and hanging outside. The living room and eat in kitchen was a great way start the day with our family with some having coffee on the porch and others lounging for lazy cartoon watching. We willost certainly return

We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed for the perfect stay. We would definitely love to stay again. Sadly it was already booked for next year but I can understand why

Susan thought of everything to make our experience beyond memorable. Me, my mom and dogs definitely want to return. The views from all the various decks and sounds of the ocean waves really help put you at ease. The house was very well stocked and very clean! The Pearl had everything and more for our family. From kitchen supplies to beach chairs there is nothing that we needed. The rooms were perfect, comfortable beds and the volleyball court was perfect. Gorgeous property! Amazing views of the Atlantic and fully equipped house
This house has all that you need for a great vacation. Proximity to the ocean is terrific, a lovely walkway straight to the beach. Beautiful and easy access . House to beach chair in about two minutes.
The bedrooms are all comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Perfect for those who want to cook or bake for family and friends .

The renting process was very easy. Easy to communicate with the owner. Very prompt in answering our questions. The house had everything we needed. Loved the location at the end of the culdisac. The view of the ocean was spectacular, especially at night when the moon came out. The kids liked to walk on the beach at night looking for ghost crabs.

Over the years my family has stayed at many beach homes and this one takes the cake. It was clean, a great size and so well equipped. The owner literally thought of everything you could possibly need. We hope to stay here again!

Best 5 bdrm Vacation Home Ever!
Our second visit to the Pearl and was even better! Our family of 10 included my parents, my sister, myself, our husbands and 4 children. The Pearl is in a great location, beautiful ocean views. Sound view too! We enjoyed fishing on the nearby pier, kids catching waves and building sandcastles, or sitting on the deck watching dolphins go by. This beautiful home is equipped with everything you need for a memorable vacation, from fully stocked kitchen to sand toys for the beach.
Beds were topnotch, w/ soft sheets and all slept soundly after a day on the beach. With grocery shopping done and meals planned we had a glorious week of enjoying time together, looking for sharks teeth or turtle nests on the beach during the daytime and watching the little crabs at night. Susan and Bob gave us great tips for everything from restaurants to where to go for a round of golf. We may bring our children's bikes next time as the home is on a quiet street in a cul-de-sac for small kids to ride.

Stay away!
The owner double booked our vacation week, leaving three families with 5 children stranded at 4:00 on check-in day. We had to find our own house at the last minute 1 hour away. While the rental agreement states that if the renter breaks the contract, the owner keeps the full deposit - Susan Frank, the owner, BROKE THE CONTRACT and offered one third of that amount if we would trust her to rent to us in 2017. Seriously? We were given a code that wouldn't work and then watched another couple move in. This person is not trustworthy of representing VRBO.

Pearl by the Sea lives up to High Expectations!
Our family of 12 had a relaxing and wonderful time at "the Peatl". The property is so well appointed. The beds were each amazing and we have some picky family members! The views are spectacular from the porches or the great room, dining and kitchen area. All the beach toys you need are provided. They even provided spices. Very new and well maintained- spotless. Great customer service- we had the wrong code for the tennis courts. Our family appreciated the pool and tennis. Everything was in working order. We enjoyed a day in Wilmington- harbor cruise then battleship for the guys and shopping for the girls. Locally lots of restersunts to chose from. Check out the mini golf with the live DJ- 80s night! Loved the jet skis to rent nearby. Don't forget Fractured Prune doughnuts! Highly recommend !

A Real Pearl!
This house is absolutely gorgeous. So well-decorated and perfect for a week at the beach. The view is amazing from all levels, the access to the beach is simple and quick, and the house itself is a perfect oasis. I love the king suite on the top level - I called it The Palace! I have been vacationing on Topsail for 30 years and this is the prettiest house I've seen to date. Susan, the owner, is wonderful and works with you to get everything right. Such a personal touch which is much preferred over the impersonal rental companies. I highly recommend The Pearl and Susan!

Fantastic Beach House
My family spent a week at 'the Pearl' and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house was gorgeous and everything was as advertised. We had no issues with the home and would definitely want to rent again if we come back to Topsail. We had a great view and easy access to the beach, which was remarkably clean and practically empty for the week. The community pool was a great benefit and was convenient and fun. The kitchen had plenty of appliances and cookware for family meals. The 4 kids on our trip loved the pirate themed kids’ bunk bed room, and all of the bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Any negative things to say would just be nitpicking. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a week-long vacation.
