TOTALLY RENOVATED OCEANFRONT HOME is a must see! Tastefully appointed with everything you need for your perfect beach vacation. This roomy chalet-styled beachfront home is great for families. Fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Hardwood style plank floors throughout. Expansive oceanfront deck with beautiful furniture to enjoy the best view in the house. A loft above the living area has a chaise style sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors give you access to the Atlantic-facing deck for warm ocean breezes and lots of sunshine! High Speed WiFi available at this property. Private beach access with shower and private parking for 4 cars with a privacy fence. Bedding: King in Master, Queen in Guest and Full size Bunk Beds in 3rd bedroom. Sleeper sofa in Loft Area. No pets or smoking permitted at this property. No prom, graduation or other parties permitted. Penalties will apply for violation. The only thing this property has going for it is the gorgeous view of the ocean. The property is dated and the furnishings looked second hand. The plates and cups all looked stained and made us not want to use them, even after washing them by hand. The stove only had two operating burners, the dishwasher tilted forward when opened, the lounge chairs were broken and I stopped counting the number of times I smacked my head against the sloped walls. Would not stay here again.

We were there for our son’s wedding at The Ribault Club on Fort George Island. Beautiful house, great beach view & so close to downtown Fernandina Beach, which has great restaurants & shopping! It was a wonderful weekend & perfect weather! We will come again!!!

Unique property with great view of the ocean
Fantastic view of the ocean. Even comes with it's own sea turtle in the back area towards the ocean. Rental office personnel were great when we needed to rebook due to a death in the family. When we called for an AC question, the maintenance person came right over to help.
Property is unique mid-century modern. Good if you want to spend time on the ocean and not doing much cooking (limited kitchen supplies/3 coffee cups) or catch the news on tv (one TV which didn't work for the first 24 hours). Property had a musty odor. Walls in upstairs master bedroom are a-frame tilted in walls, so you have to watch your head getting in and out of bed. We loved the location but didn't enjoy the property so we left early.

Wedding Weekend
We were there for our son’s wedding at The Ribault Club on Fort George Island. Beautiful house, great beach view & so close to downtown Fernandina Beach, which has great restaurants & shopping! It was a wonderful weekend & perfect weather! We will come again!!!

The property is a wonderful location and home is great. The cleanliness was very...the tables and counters were sticky, dishes were dirty, and the air filters have not been changed, air was so bad I couldn't stop sneezing and had to leave a day early.

Beautiful house right on the beach. Loved the A-frame style, simple and stylish interior decor, and especially the big windows in front—the sunrise streamed right in. My husband and I had a great time. The beach was lovely and empty. We could run back to the house during the summer afternoon rains.

A very pleasant small place with wonderful deck, ocean views and a nice beach. Kitchen is well equipped and everything in the house works well.
My only suggestion is that the owner provide a table and good umbrella for the deck. We brought our own just in case and it made the deck a perfect gathering place in the afternoon and early evening.

We saw dolphins every morning! The house was stocked very well with everything you need including a grill! The homeowners provide linens and towels, as well as basic toiletries to get you started (which was really appreciated since we were coming from out of state)! One of the comments mentioned a problem with the washer/dryer, but it worked perfectly fine for us. We would definitely return and we have nothing but good things to say!!!
