Le petit déjeuner était copieux et le buffet bien rempli
La situation près de la mer était parfaite
Le personnel était très serviable et compréhensif
Le bungalow était propre et confortable malgré un matelas un peu dur pour nous
A notre arrivée nous avons été installer dans un bungalow différent de celui que nous avions réserver (sur-classement sans nous en avoir informer) . Il était de la même surface mais avec plus de pièces donc moins spacieux. Après discussion et entente avec la réception, nous avons finalement eu notre bungalow. Nous avons compris après ballade dans le camping, que tous les autres bungalows de notre classe n'étaient pas propres ( pas nettoyés) et que les autres clients avaient été regroupés au fond du camping pour qu'il puisse fermer certains secteurs du camping
Les animations prévues sur l'application "Club del sole" durant nos dates de présence n'ont pas été honorées...
Nous avons bien compris que c'était la fin de saison: la moitié des structures était fermée ( restaurant, food truck pizza et hamburger), le seul restaurant ouvert était dans l'autre camping adjacent mais le service ressemblait plus à une cantine qu'à un restaurant, impossible de réservé des vélos
Nous comprenons que nous sommes en fin de saison mais le prix lors de la réservation comprenait ses différents services

Jedyne, co bym zmieniła, to organizację dla osób, które przyjeżdżają wieczorem, gdy recepcja jest już nieczynna.
Przyjechałyśmy późno i Pan, który przekazał nam klucze, był bardzo pomocny — zawiózł nas pod domek i pomógł nam go znaleźć, za co bardzo dziękujemy.
Miałyśmy wykupione śniadanie, więc rano, żeby nie tracić czasu, udałyśmy się na nie już o 7:30. Niestety nie zostało nam ono wydane, ponieważ nie byłyśmy jeszcze zameldowane. Musiałyśmy więc czekać do godziny 8:00, aż recepcja zostanie otwarta. Było to trochę stresujące i zabrało nam cenny czas.
W takich sytuacjach warto byłoby zostawić wieczorem voucher na śniadanie — recepcja, przekazując klucze ochronie obiektu (stróżowi), wiedziała przecież, że przyjedziemy późno. Ewentualnie kuchnia mogłaby wydawać śniadanie na podstawie klucza oraz numeru domku. Dzięki temu goście nie musieliby czekać na otwarcie recepcji i mogliby od razu rozpocząć dzień.
Poza tym wszystko było naprawdę w porządku i pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie.

Il camping
La prima settimana di settembre non abbiamo potuto goderci il mare al meglio perché il campeggio ospitava un festival durante il fine settimana e non potevamo avere lettini, ombrelloni, ecc. Dovevamo per forza andare nella spiaggia libera; non siamo stati informati prima di prenotare. Avevo scelto il posto apposta per la spiaggia attrezzata.
