A new, fresh and modern beach townhouse centrally located in popular Old Ocean Grove. Includes WI-FI Internet and popular for families and small groups upto 6 people. Only a couple minutes walk to main shops, cafes and restaurants and an easy walk to the main patrolled beach. Near playground at OG Park. Walk in and relax... All the comforts you would expect of a holiday getaway are provided for you. And being a new property this is a modern, clean and bright space with a fantastic afternoon breeze flowing through the home. All linen and bath towels are provided and the beds are made upon your arrival, so just step in and start your holiday. High feature ceilings to the modern open plan living area with large flat screen TV and Blue Ray player with USB. Double sliding doors open to the private outdoor entertaining area with modern timber deck and landscaped lawn. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and full ensuite, second bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. All bedrooms have robes with walk in robe to master bedroom. The main bathroom features a luxury free-standing bath tub and frameless glass shower. The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. Separate laundry with washing machine and outdoor hanging line. As our guests we welcome you to our place and hope you have a great stay. Enjoy your time in Ocean Grove! Additional Information ------------------------------ All spaces are accessible except for the garage and shed. There is a single carport right next to the front door for off-street parking and ample kerb-side parking. We are available to help you remotely during your stay via SMS or mobile. All linen and towels included in fee except beach towels. Includes doonahs and covers, bed sheets, pillows and cases, bath mats and bath, hand and face towels. (must BYO beach towels). BYO toiletries (hand soap provided). Minimum 2 night stay (with exceptions). Check In - 2PM. Check-Out - 10AM. House Rules ----------------- No schoolies or large groups Please leave it the way you found it and respect the neighbours. Please remove shoes and brush-off any sand before entering. No pets allowed. No smoking inside house. Please report any damage before leaving - (accidents happen...) But most importantly, enjoy your stay! Communication with the host was so easy and the location was amazing right near the shops and a short walk to the beach!

Property had all amenities and facilities we needed including WiFi for the kids to use their ipads. Back yard was overgrown and full of weeds and under dining room table wasn't vacuumed upon arrival for us. Having small kids, they find every little thing! Under beds and corners were full of dust in bathrooms. Beds were super comfy, showers were lovely and clean and had full water pressure. Kitchen was large enough to cook in and living room had plenty of space and comfy couches. Accessing the property and check in was easy and the property owners were lovely and happy to assist. Property was very close to the main shops, within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again one day. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

Visitors did notice that cleaning was not very thorough. Walkways clean, but skirting boards, window sills & door tracks dirty. Worth cleaning under couches & clearing the thick layer of sand found under living room rug!
These things are easily fixed along with a quick check of bedroom lamps - we popped a couple of globes in.

Spacious townhouse
The townhouse was ideal for our family of 4....clean, modern and with everything that we needed. Really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Fantastic & Easy
We loved our stay. Linen & towels provided made it so easy to stay here and less to pack.
House was very comfortable & walking distance to everything. Definitely recommend reversing down the drive way as it’s easy to get out if you have a big car. Owner is lovely and super helpful. Will definitely book again!

Family get together; Ocean Grove
The property at Ocean Grove met all of our expectations and needs for our 4 day family get together. The location was ideal as it allowed us to catch up with extended family members living at various locations on the Bellarine Peninsular.
We arrived at the townhouse and found it easy to gain access. The accommodation was clean and welcoming. Parking wasn't a problem, and we found it just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Thank you Karl, for offering such outstanding accommodation. The chocolates you left were a wonderful touch.

Great location
The house was perfectly suited to our needs. I was on crutches with a knee scooter. The driveway access and parking was very close to the front door making way for easy access. The rooms were well presented. Linen and towelling was freshly clean. The location is ideal with the shops within 2 easy walking blocks and the beach not much further. Would stay here again.

My family stayed here for a week and we wished we could of stayed longer.
2 minute walk to the shopping strip and cafes, and only a 10 minute walk to the beach...... We will be back!!

Modern spacious property in quiet location. Short drive to beach & 5 minute walk to shopping district. Only 10 minute drive to Adventure Water Park. Owners wonderful to communicate with. Property is extremely well looked after & very modern. A beautiful stay.

A wonderful beach house in a fantastic lovation
We loved our stay here at Ocean Grove in this wonderful new beach house. Clean, bright, very comfortable and walking distance to the main shops and beach. A great floor plan which allows all the space to be used efficiently and includes all the mod cons needed for a beach holiday. Would have just liked to see a clothes dryer when paying the asking price. Overall we were very happy and would happily recommend to anyone.
