Place was super clean! Even smelled clean when we walked in. Getting the key was a little different, but easy to manage. Host was quick with responses and very helpful.

The unit was very clean and was such that one was easily able to keep it clean throughout the stay. It was also a great location to observe launches from Kennedy Space. Enter. We observed two launches from the sixth floor of the condo.

The condo was dirty and not well stocked with pots/pans and utensils. Refrigerator was dirty. Having only 2 keys was difficult since everything was locked and required a key for use. Would not recommend or stay again.

1. The check in process - having to pick up keys then return to an offer-site location to place a set of keys back in the box - is cumbersome. It also requires you to have but one set of keys, something my wife complained about loudly. 2. Upon arrival, the elevators were out of service, requiring us to move in by carting all of our belongings up 4 flights of stairs. 3. The ad I observed on VRBO depicted a dog park and pickle ball courts - neither of which are available at the property. 4. Construction crews were at the property from early in the morning during our entire stay. This meant a continuous cacophony of air compressors and pressure spraying. Additionally, you would be in the apartment alone, only to look up and find a workman on your balcony either pressure washing or painting, their arrival unannounced. The apartment itself was fine. The location was fine. However, due to this continuous string of inconvenience, our experience with the property was only "Fair".

We just vacationed with our family of five and had a great time. There were no surprises and everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
