Situated in Port de Sóller, this attractive villa for $652 per night is a great option for your next trip. Mallorcan villa with Mediterranean ambience and stunning views of the picturesque harbor, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Wi-Fi Contemporary Mediterranean architectural style. Approximately 350 sqm constructed area on 2 floors, including terrace of 150sqm, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 en suite, one downstairs), spacious living and dining area with stunning views of the harbor and the sea, open kitchen with cooking island (SMEG, gas), BOSCH fridge/freezer and dishwasher, SMEG toaster and kettle, MIELE washing mashine and dryer, separate storage room , Central heating. All rooms have separate air conditioners. High quality, individual equipment with loving details. Outdoor area with terrace and lounge, large dining table for 6 people and pool on the living area with outdoor kitchen, barbecue. Two shady dining areas on the large terrace and the pool with 4 or 6 places. From the terrace and upstairs unsurpassed panoramic views over the harbor and the sea and direct views of the sunset on the west coast. The house is located on a hill in a quiet residential area/dead end about 400 m to the beach promenade. Relaxed parking situation in front of the house. Car recomended. Excellent restaurants within walking distance (6 minutes). The property borders directly behind a large undeveloped nature reserve with pine forests and olive groves. The house was just prepared for the rental and rebuilt generously and high quality. The final cleaning is mandatory. We are happy to arrange a cleaning company for this. They will charge €250. Please note that arrivals and departures are usually on Saturday. Exceptions are sometimes possible on request. Rental license No. ETV/4940 The house is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users. The house has a freely accessible pool and a freestanding staircase, see photos. We stayed here for a weeks family holiday. We were a group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers.
What an amazing place. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. And the aircon allowed for a good nights sleep.
There is a lovely outside patio and dining area from which there is an amazing view of Port de Soller.
The walk down to the beach front took about 5 mins. There were lots of lovely bars and restaurants. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The walk back up was a little more arduous in the heat especially if you had some shopping ti carry. You could either wend your way up the road or climb a couple of sets of steps up the hillside. However the pool was there to cool off on returning.
and view from the property makes the walk worthwhile.
Our recommendations are a tram ride to Soller., a self drive boat trip with Maksy.boats up the coast.

Property was excellent. Very nice quality and fittings. Can tell the owner has though about the guests. The view from the patio is amazing. It’s only a short walk to the beach and the port. There are quite a few steps (168) from the port so you have to be prepared for them. Overall we had a great stay.

Die Bilder in der Anzeige sehen schon klasse aus. In der Realität ist das aber noch viel besser.
Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einzigartig.
Das Haus selbst ist luxuriös eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Besser geht es nicht. Traumhaftes Haus, sensationelle Aussicht, tolle Empfehlungen vom Besitzer ( Dankeschön für die Cocktails), reibungslose Übergabe. Ein Platz zum wohlfühlen.

Tolle Villa für einen super Urlaub in Port de Soller!
Die Villa bietet viel Komfort. Insbesondere den Traumblick auf den malerischen Hafen, den Sonnenuntergang und das Meer konnten wir genießen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vorab und vor Ort lief einwandfrei.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, super gelegen, etwas oberhalb des Dorfes.
Das Haus war sehr schön, die Terrasse einfach ein Traum.
Ich glaube, es war die schönste Terrasse von Soller und jeden Abend ein Sonnenuntergang wie aus dem Bilderbuch.

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub!
Die Casa del Puerto ist bestimmt eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in Port de Soller. Sie hält alles, was sie auf den Bildern verspricht. Das Highlight ist die weitläufige Terrasse. Der Blick auf den Hafen und auf die untergehende Sonne ist einmalig. Den Strand und die Strandpromenade erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Unser Urlaub war eine perfekte Mischung aus entspannten Tagen in dem wunderschönen Haus, am Strand und am Meer und dem Genuss der vielfältigen Gastronomie in Port de Soller. Besser geht es nicht.
Vielen Dank an Michael van Almsick für viele tolle Tipps und die nette Kommunikation. Ebenso herzlichen Dank an die persönliche Betreuung von Ulrike vor Ort.

Great view, but lots of steps
We had a great time in this lovely villa. The accommodation was excellent, with stunning views of the port and beyond.
The property was well furnished and mostly as described , the third bedroom has the best views but was smaller than the others. This room had two double beds one raised and the other one what appeared to be roll away bases, it was comfortable but lacked a headboard, the room had an interior glass door and partition to the corridor covered by a linen curtain which was not fully opaque which made changing a slight issue as we were 3 couples rather than one family. The third bathroom is 2 floors down from the bedrooms.
Whilst the view is stunning, people with any difficulty walking might struggle with the climb up from the Port.
Communication with the owner was excellent, he answered all our questions very quickly and was able to accommodate all our requests.
Ulrike met us on arrival and gave us a full briefing with lots of recommendations of places to eat.
Overall excellent and definitely recommend this to anyone.

Ein Traum
Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in Port de Soller und auch diesmal war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Traumblick auf den Hafen und aufs Meer ist einmalig und lädt auf viele entspannte Sonnenuntergänge ein.
An- und Abreise und alles drumherum waren perfekt und freundlich organisiert.

Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und es gibt wunderbar bequeme Betten. Die Aussicht ist so unfassbar schön, dass man schon denkt, man schaute auf eine Panoramatapete!

Traumurlaub in filmreifer Kulisse
Wir haben im Mai/Juni 2018 einen absoluten Traumurlaub verbracht. Die Villa ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unser Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem unvergleichlichen Blick auf den Hafen. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind unbeschreiblich. Wir empfehlen die Villa sofort und uneingeschränkt weiter. In wenigen Autominuten bzw nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreicht man sämtliche Restaurants und Supermärkte von Port Soller, ebenso die historische Inselbahn für einen Ausflug nach Soller. Für uns eine perfekte Kombination aus luxuriösem und komfortablem Wohnen in absoluter Ruhe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Amazing View, Excellent Home!
We stayed here for a week between Christmas and New Years and the stay was fabulous. The home is big and modern with an amazing view. The weather during our stay was great and we spent almost every afternoon out on the deck with a glass of wine. When we weren't outside, we were still staring out the windows. The kitchen is well stocked and we made a lot of meals at home since many of Michael's recommended restaurants were closed. Everything in the house worked and the house was well heated for winter.
Michael was very responsive before and after booking. No question was too small for him to answer. Ulrike, the local host, met us at the house and took us through everything. She was great and always available during our stay. Parking was easy, on the street, and the walk to the port about 5 minutes via road and stairs.
There are tons of hiking trails all over the valley and the house has hiking guides in both German and English (thanks Michael!). Many of them you can start at the Port. There are no bad hikes but I would highly recommend the loop hike that goes up Cami Vell de Cuber and down the GR 221 (Hike 36 in Walking Paradise, Soller book) out of Biniaraix. Hiking down the canyon on GR 221 was awesome, the cave going up was cool, and the waterfall was neat.
Market day in Soller is on Saturday, and is fun to walk around. Head down the street from the main square, following the vendors, and outside the meat market hall is the good (and cheap) vendor selling pastries. All types of ensaimadas, bread, other sweets.
Overall, this was an excellent stay. It was our last week of a three week trip, and the house, the view, and the town were perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michael!

The house is situated in the mountain above the lagoon and the view that you meet when you are walking out on the terrace is amazing. The inside of the house has a very high standard and the whole family had week we´ll never forget. Thank you Michael for the lovely stay we had at Casa del Puerto!

Beautiful house with fantastic view.
The house was lovely and spacious, and had everything we needed to cook, eat and have fun. The view was stunning. We have kids in the age of 6 months, 6 years and 10 years and they had a great time but if you have younger or very active children you should be aware that the stairs don’t have rails. We very much appreciated that the beach and restaurants were within walking distance. All in all a perfect house that we recommend!

Our stay at Casa del Puerto was a Five Star Experience! Stunning views from a fantastic villa.
We spent a wonderful week in September at Casa del Puerto. The beautiful Villa has more or less everything you can ask for. Stunning views over the Mediterranean and the harbor of Port de Sóller, a well equipped house with modern and tasteful furniture. The hostess Ulrike was very helpful and took very good care of us. She met up at the house upon our arrival, arranged with things that we asked for and was available for questions during our stay. We also had a bunch of questions prior our trip which the owner Michael was very patient to answer. He also gave us tips about sights in the area, the closest supermarket etcetera.
Our family spent a great week together and we all enjoyed the house, the large terrace, the surroundings, the closeness to Port de Sollér and the boardwalk along the seafront with restaurants, bars and shops (just a few minutes walk down the hill). We were traveling with our grandchild Vera 1,5 years old and we bought her a baby pool as she didn’t enjoy the pool at the house (which all of us adults did very much). Anyway we left the baby pool at the house to use for other kids.
Finally we can strongly recommend this place for couples and families.

LOVELY VILLA WITH SUPERB VIEWS
Had a great holiday in Port de Soller and in all the major ways in which one could described the holiday we were very happy that Puerta de Casa exceeded our expectations.
However we did encounter some minor irritation with plumbing issues in the bathrooms, an oven that failed to work properly and a general lack of kitchen utensils that we are accustomed to finding in similar quality villas. If more detail is wanted we would be happy to provide it.

Casa del Puerto met all our expectations and more. The location is stunning. The villa has possibly THE best views over the harbour in all of Port de Soller. The house is spacious, modern and fitted out with top quality materials and equipment. It has a small pool perfect for a quick dip. The balcony was our favourite space. It is equipped with loungers, dining tables, a sofa, ample shaded area and enough space for everyone to enjoy a range of activities.
We were met by Ulrike at the beginning and end of the visit and she called to see if we needed anything during the week. One small problem was sorted immediately.
The owner, Michael, provided details of his favourite local restaurants which we sampled during the week. He also made recommendations for walks, visits, sporting activities as requested by us.
Casa del Puerto is a holiday home lovingly designed and cared for by the owner and it was a pleasure to stay there (27/5/18 to 4/6/2018). One point to note is that the wonderful views over the harbour come at a price. The villa is more that 150 steps up from the port and not for the fainthearted.
