I like that it had a washing machine as obviously Athens is very hot and I was sweating so much, so had to change outfits 3 times a day. Luckily there was a washing machine so I could wash my clothes and a balcony to easily dry them. After going for 2 months around Greece and having rooms that didn't have these facilities - I learnt to greatly appreciate this.
Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed and a safe feeling room and area.
Obviously it's Athens and 95% of the rooms have a lot of stairs to climb at the entrance.
If you aren't physically strong or can't handle stairs, then I wouldn't choose this room and instead choose a hotel.
But I knew this coming in and was prepared but just FYI to those who may not know.
For energy saving purposes they have the card that goes into the slot to generate power. Just a note this means your clothes will not wash while you're away. So you have to calculate your washing for times you are in the room.

Beliggenheten var perfekt, og leiligheten var praktisk og fin. Vertskapet var tilgjengelig og hjelpsomme.
Det burde vært en overmadrass på sovesofaen i stua.
