Apartment Rusula Red is modern, excellent equiped, sunny and extreamely comfortable suite. It's fully climatised (it has 4 separate A/C units). It consists large kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, big refrigirator with freezer, dishwasher, coffe machine, toster and smootie maker. With a bright living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms with extreamly comfortble beds, toilete with bath and washing machine you can enjoy partly sea view on the balcony. it's perfect for relaxing and enjoying .
Ideal for couples, family with children, buisness people maximum for 6 persons. If comming in group up to 10 you can also book our appartment Rusula Gold on the same flor.
You can enjoy in barbecue in garden at the common part of the place.
It is situated in Zadar in quiet and peaceful part of the town. Only 2 km from the beach and 5 min cardrive or 10 min by bus to the city Center. Bus station with regular lines every 20 min is 200 meters away.

This is a superb, immaculate, extremely comfortable and very well equipped property, with everything you could possible need for your stay. Ana and her husband were excellent, very helpful hosts and our communication with Ana was excellent. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby, making it easy to buy anything you need for your stay and to self-cater when you want to. Zadar is probably a 20-25 minute walk, depending on fitness levels. What we will say is that during our stay temperatures were up to 35 degrees and humidity very high, so walking was very uncomfortable and we only did it once. Uber taxis offer you a promotional discount for the first 7 trips, so you start out paying around 2-3 euros/trip but then prices increase substantially, which meant we tended not to come back after a day out and then go out again for the evening, we would just stay on in Zadar. Generally we took 2 taxis/day over 6 days and that came to 100 euros so you do need to factor this in. However, we felt it was worth it to stay in this beautiful apartment, with balcony. We loved Zadar, a truly beautiful place with so many different aspects to it and a wonderful fusion of old and new. We enjoyed Kolovare beach with its great vibe, preferring it to the more commercialised and more expensive Borik beach but the stand out for us was beautiful Puntamika beach. There is so much nearby. Highly recommended stay.

We stayed at this property from 19 June - 30th June 2025. Great property just out side of hustle and bustle of city center. With free parking on site made great for our traveling. While out of center it was a 25 minute down hill walk to harbor and pedestrian bridge to Old City, I walked down to harbor most morning for a coffee and walked back, I am reasonably fit 76 years old , but would not recommend walking back up hill unless you are fit. There are views from balcony of the apartment. There where road works going on during our stay but they didn't interfere with our enjoyment of our stay. The owners lived on site and were always very helpful and asking if we needed any thing. I would highly recommend this property to any one wishing to stay in Zadar area. Rod

Bilder und Beschreibungen der Unterkunft passen zu 100%. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alles was man so braucht war vorhanden, so das man direkt in den Urlaub starten konnte. Ruhige Lage, aber sehr gut angebunden, um zu einkaufen oder in die Stadt zu gehen. Sehr Kinderfreundlich angelegt und sehr nette Vermieter. Man fühlte sich extrem gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Excellent séjour dans un appartement extrêmement soigné et aménagé avec goût .Une literie irréprochable , des prestations de qualité.Quartier très calme et très bien situé, proche de la vieille ville et permettant de rayonner dans les nombreux parcs nationaux accessibles en moins de deux heures de route. Propriétaires très accueillants , à l’écoute et qui cherchent à rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. A recommander vivement.
