I do not recommend this apartment because facilities are not good specially structured

Flat was OK but toilet was next to kitchen which was not very hygienic. There was no cleaning stuff for bathroom, washing machine was not working bedding was very smells. Sofa bed was not even opening properly

A fuir !!! Nous déconseillons vivement cette location.Alerte rouge . ( nous signalons une vitre de baies vitrée qui s’est fissurée en la fermant normalement et le loueur nous harcèle pour nous faire payer son remplacement ! Pas d’accueil, pas d’état des lieux d’entrée , une machine à laver qui ne fonctionne pas ou une fois sur deux et qui n’essore pas le linge … et dont on souhaite nous imputer la faute ! Nous avons laver notre linge en laverie tout le séjour !!!Fuyez sinon ce sont problèmes sur problèmes assuré !!! Et mauvaise foi des loueurs . Notre expérience a été très décevante, non pas uniquement en raison du logement, qui pourrait être très bien mais surtout en raison de la gestion du loueur. Pendant et Après notre séjour, nous avons reçu plusieurs réclamations financières que nous contestons totalement, sans qu’aucun élément objectif ou justificatif sérieux ne soit fourni. Aucun état des lieux d’entrée contradictoire n’a été réalisé,ni avant ni après , ce qui rend impossible d’établir que les problèmes évoqués nous seraient imputables. Malgré cela, le loueur a tenté de nous imputés le remplacement et le paiement des sommes supplémentaires concernant une baie vitrée qui s’est fissurée en la refermant normalement concernant, en nous reprochant notre consommation électrique, alors que celle-ci était annoncée comme incluse dans le prix de la location , que l’appartement est au dernier étage avec une chaleur torride sans climatisation !!! Aucune prise en compte réelle de nos remarques n’a été faite. La démarche des loueurs et la relation locative sont catastrophiques et non professionnelles. Nous recommandons aux futurs voyageurs d’être particulièrement vigilants et de demander des preuves précises ainsi qu’un état des lieux complet avant toute location. Ou sinon de fuir tout simplement !
