Location was right on the beach, the tiki bar had delicious beverages, everything was no more than a 10 minute drive. Comfortable beds and beautiful condo.
Room was right next to main hallway, we kept hearing people moving in and out of their rooms in the morning which made it hard to sleep in. Room wasn’t dark enough.

Absolute paradise. I can't wait to go back.
The condo was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you could want, including dishtowels, pizza cutter, cutting board, pitcher, glassware, dishwasher and dish soap, steak knives, silverware, ice maker, toaster, etc. This condo has fantastic views of the beach from the patio. In a closet there are beach chairs, pool balls, miscellaneous outdoor items, a standup fan and vacuum. The permanent tenants in the building are very friendly and the condo has an overall upbeat vibe. I would rent this condo again, absolutely.
I had trouble getting my door code and connecting to the internet but the problems was resolved in a very quick and friendly manner. The bunk beds are made for children who are light in weight as I as an adult could not sleep a full night on the bottom bunk because of the bars of the frame cutting into my back. The sofa sleeper is not much better but there is a nice memory foam mattress topper, about 2 inches thick, in the closet which helped tremendously. The bed in the bedroom slept nice.
