Room, breckfast, friendly staff, very clean.

Waiting to check in for 20mins and no parking at hotel.

Friendly helpful staff

Good food both breakfast and evening meal. Friendly attentive staff in the restaurant and bar. Nice clean room.

I arrived back after a late meeting and the night porter was on which meant the front door was locked so I had to press the bell.. Outside there were 3/4 people begging for money and cigarettes whilst drinking alcohol.I genuinely thought I was going to be robbed. I had to press the bell 4 times before the door opened. I expressed my concern to reception and went to bed. It's a city centre location so you have to take the good with the bad but the hotel needs to help itself.

Breakfast is good

The housekeeping is terrible. We found disgusting spots on toilet once we checked in. Dirts are everywhere even on the tissue box… The green light of air conditioner could not be turned off. Too light to sleep.

Location, comfort, and especially the amazing staff

Requested a Wheelchair room, and got a very nice sized room and bathroom, and bells and whistles. Staff very helpful in restaurant, even during the Breakfast rush.

Only couple of moans was AC locked down to reception, and poor water pressure, again a common fault in Hotels theses days, also Guest service App did not work in Hotel, and Tv very basic channels even in this digital age.

The room was exactly like the pictures, everything was perfectly placed, clean and organised. The hotel is in the PERFECT location, walking distance to everything you might need. The staff are really helpful and it was a quick and easy check in.

we didn’t try the breakfast as we had an early train so don’t have much bad to say about it but this is the only thing we couldn’t really comment on though.

I checked in and got given the wrong room number and someone else was in.

The hotel was fine just got given a kids room with 2 beds for the misses bday we arrived late and very tired couldn’t find your staff so went to bed

2 kids beds on my misses birthday can imagine how romantic it was to sleep on sapetate beds completely ruined our night but next time we will definitely go somewhere else

The room could ov been cleaner also we had to ask for remote then the next morning there was no hairdryer which we had to ask for but the came straight away and put things rite.

Great central location. Generous sized room, comfortable and clean. What more can you ask for?

Little more expensive than would have liked considering the hotel was fairly quiet.
