We really enjoyed our stay! Communication was great, the house was well stocked and all the little details were thought of. The pictures online make it kind of hard to grasp the layout but we were pleasantly surprised with the space. Two adult couples and two teens had plenty of room to hang out together, but also enough room to spread out and wind down!

Great Host! Marilyn goes above and beyond for her guests. The place is 12 minutes to cannon mountain. Roomy house where a family of 5 had plenty of room. Most importantly, the house is clean. Marilyn was a great communicator with every detail from booking to checkout. Book this house - you will not regret it.

Clean, comfortable home in a very convenient location. Owner was responsive and provided great info on area. Pet friendly with beds, bowls, and outdoor run provided. The only drawback was the 15 steps to get to door, which would only have been a problem if older relatives had stayed with us.

Great house. Larger than we expected. Well stocked kitchen (although we couldn't find the coffee-maker). There was a Keurig. Great location. Hundreds of bears around the house, but none in the wild. Air conditioners must be nice in the summer, but in the fall we missed being able to open the windows in the bedrooms.

Nice home in a convenient locations for White Mountain adventures. A quick 15 minute drive to Littleton and Franconia to get and do everything that you need or want to do. Host was very accessible. We brought our dogs which was a nice bonus.

Dated modular home with a lot of decor. Kitchen a bit cluttered yet many tools you need to cook at home. 2 good restaurants within walking distance. Host was very responsive with any questions and or suggestions.

We had a wonderful week's stay at Bear Crossing. We wanted to explore the northern half of New Hampshire and couldn't have found a better base to do so. The house is cozily and abundantly appointed. Full kitchen, with everything you need to make meals. Washer/dryer, etc., allows you to keep packing to a minimum. Plenty of comfy beds for a restful sleep for a fully relaxing vacation. Pets and children are accommodated, again, in a most welcome manner along with plenty of appointments for their stay. Short travel distances to trails, parks and attractions. Walking distance of a few blocks to the main street of Bethlehem for supplies, shopping or a good meal. Marilyn is a wonderful hostess. Just a quick text away with any questions you may have. All in all, a perfect get away in a lovely location. We're planning on returning next year, highly recommend this home and Bethlehem, NH., if you want to explore Northern New Hampshire or just want a restful quiet stay in the woods.

Clean and spacious, this was perfect for our winter stay. Excellent, proactive communication from the owner about arrival, places to eat and fun things to do in the area. It snowed the night before so we wanted to check on whether it would be plowed. Owner was quick to respond and we found the property well plowed/shoveled for our arrival.

Lovely place that was so bright and cheerful right on the Hollywood Boardwalk. Every morning you were greeted by a spectacular sunrise, panoramic view of the ocean and multitudes of people enjoying their daily excursions on the boardwalk. So convenient to just step outside and you have arrived. Our host Anna was amazing!

Weather was stormy and she cared that the electricity could go out and communicated what to do if so. Also instructed on ice and offered plan for just in case something happened. Reassuring and stepped into our shoes which thwarted me becoming overly concerned.

Cozy house with all the comforts of home, and a much better equipped kitchen (perfect for preparing a Thanksgiving dinner). It was a great place to stay for some late fall hiking. Communication with the host was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. We also liked all the bear-themed decor.

Clean, lots of rooms, everything all on one floor, reasonable price and everything in the home and near by shopping. Plus we had two small dogs, no fighting or barking, and they lot it too a get away vacation for them. Going back nest year!!!!

Very homey house with all of the essentials that you prefer for a great stay. Location was convenient to so many popular sites like the Franconia Notch, Littleton, Clarks Bears. Easy walk to the lovely town of Bethlehem and we absolutely loved the Brew Pub that was close by. It was nice to be able to communicate directly with the owner.

We needed a place to crash for our long weekend getaway to visit Santa's Village, Mt. Washington, etc., and this place was perfect. It's a dated mobile home - I'd guess early '90s, and the bathrooms could use some replacements. The old pressed wood toilet seats are cracked and chipped and the master bath glass door is black in the cracks where it just doesn't get clean after a few decades of use (although the shower surround itself is clearly kept clean). I include this just so you know what to expect. I still give it a 5 star review because in the end we had a place to sleep, eat and shower and we couldn't have done it nearly as inexpensively if we all had to get hotel rooms. It's the most well equipped kitchen I've ever had in a VRBO. It's clearly the former primary residence of someone and all of the kitchen stuff stayed. There were books and toys and games which was fantastic for the toddler and teenagers we traveled with. The owner was friendly and responsive. I would recommend this place for larger groups needing separate sleeping areas that want an affordable space.

Mostly quiet neighborhood. The location is a convenient, hop, jump, away from downtown Bethlehem. This simple, moduler home has everything you need to stay with family and/or friends on a budget. The place is clean and comfy with kitschy decor. Marilyn was a wonderful host who communicated well. Thank you!

I was in town for an early morning event at Loon Mountain so I was looking for some place that was nearby and quiet. Bear Crossing was perfect - located on a quiet street but just a short walk away from Bethlehem’s business district. The day before my event my friend and I were able to go Kayaking on the reservoir, then walk for dinner and ice cream. Perfect relaxing day. The owner reached out ahead of time via text and check in was a breeze. I would definitely stay there next time I am in the area.
