With magnificent beach and water views over the Whitsundays, feel free to sit outside on your covered balcony watching the yachts and sea life on the water. Inside you will find all that you need for a comfortable Hamilton Island holiday. Free use of 4-seater electric buggy. Inclusive of Valet and baggage transfers to and from Airport / Ferry. The open planned modern kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, Induction cooktop, oven and microwave . Fully equipped laundry. Leading off the spacious living area are the 2 large bedrooms. The main suite has its own balcony overlooking the beach, airconditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and mirrored robes, private ensuite with double sized walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom features mirrored robes, aircondiotning, ceiling fan and another modern bathroom. Split system air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area. Linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. Hamilton Island has an IGA supermarket to cater to all your grocery needs and a bottle shop alongside the supermarket where you can choose from a range of local and imported beers, fine wines and spirits, plus non-alcoholic beverages. All island pools, bars & restaurants are an easy stroll from the apartment or you may choose to take the buggy & save your energy, for that round of golf. We had a wonderful time and loved Jennie's spacious apartment with its great view. Everything you need was provided and having access to a Buggie was great. The pick up from the ferry and drop of to the apartment was smooth as well as the return. Communication with Jennie was very easy and she was very quick with answering all my questions. We certainly would stay again at her apartment!

From the moment we walked through the door we were in absolute bliss! The room and view looks exactly what the pictures show…….. like a postcard. We loved absolutely everything about our stay and this apartment. Jenni was a pleasure to deal with and happy to answer any questions. Don’t hesitate to book Frangipani 101, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay at Frangipani. For us as a family it was the perfect location. We liked being at the end of the beach and enjoyed swimming in the pool which we often had to ourselves. The buggy included was was a great addition as you do need a buggy for the island. The apartment was lovely and clean and stocked the essentials needed. The views in the pictures are exactly how they are in person. We found check our process also great as had option to leave bags in room and keep buggy until closer to our flight time. Jenni was a great host and always promptly responded to me. When we go back to Hamilton island we will be staying again!

Good size unit on the quiet end of town overlooking cats eye beach. The unit is well catered for in most aspects. Unit presented very clean, tidy, and maintained. Hosts were very prompt with communication throug the booking process. We would hapily stay again

We loved how easy it was to get checked into the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. The use of a golf cart was the best! We could easily drive to watch the sunset from One Tree Hill every night.

The apartment is in an excellent location: great outlook, very clean, good facilities. A beautiful place to relax in. The J&L valet team were second to none in terms of pick up and delivery from the Cruise Terminal and info on the buggy. They even tracked down our buggy and returned it when someone mistakenly took ours.

Apartment comfortable and as per photos. Balcony bonus with great view and quiet. Could do with update insect screens main bedroom ripped. Lacked basic supplies like tissues pepper and insdequate supply towels for 7 days. Wi fi intermittent. Golf buggy bonus and pool quiet.

We stayed for two weeks and it had everything we needed. Absolute gorgeous views. Loved BBQing on the balcony while the kids were in the pool. Brand new kitchen was excellent. We liked how we could lift a lid throw rubbish out and it was collected next morning. Washing machine,dryer and also comes with a cart that comes in very handy. Thanks Jenni your apartment is highly recommended.

We travelled to Hamilton Island for a wedding. Frangipani 101 was brilliant, So clean modern and lovely. Our apartment was the best of all the people at the wedding and the inclusion of the buggy was a huge help and saved us a lot of money hiring one else where. 100% recommend this apartment

Frangipani 101 is an excellent apartment for a stay on Hamilton Island. The apartment is so comfortable, well presented and maintained, and the view is amazing. The quiet location away from the resort hub suited us, but still accessible to the village, restaurants and other facilities using the included buggy (fabulous), the resort shuttle or walking. Our valet pickup from the airport was both helpful and seamless. Out host Jenni was also very responsive during our booking (and rebooking due to Covid restrictions), and during our stay. In short, we had a fantastic stay at Frangipani 101 and highly recommend the apartment. Thank you Jenni, loved our visit!

Absolutely loved our stay. Newly renovated with beautiful kitchen and super comfy lounge and beds. Amazing view from the balcony. Separate Air conditioning in every room was much appreciated. Nice and quiet at nights as the unit block is located at the end of the run of unit blocks. Good communication with owner and smooth arrival and departure. Great holiday spot.

Comfy beds and good location. The buggy is very handy. Couldn't get the BBQ to work and there is no oven, just a microwave. The knives were flat, may be time for an update. There is a window between the master bed and ensuite that could do with some curtains. The adjacent street lights must be on sensor and turn on and off during the night. That light comes straight into the ensuite and into the bedroom throughout the night which was annoying. Otherwise happy with the accommodation.

Very relaxing! The view is magnificent and the ‘locals’ are a bonus. The only downside was restaurants and coffee shops on the island are in short supply. We were told by two on our first night that we needed to book five nights in advance.
