About this apartment rental
In the heart of le Marais (metro 'Hôtel-de-Ville'), you will love this large studio/ loft of 45 m², which accommodates 1 to 3 persons. Located in a 18th c. historical building with interior garden, this apartment has the charm of the old Marais houses with stones and wooden beams, large volumes, wooden floors, bathroom on mezzanine and a refined décoration. It is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, wifi, TV , téléphone). Furthermore, its excellent location allows you to go by foot to most landmarks of the area (Pompidou center, Place des Vosges, Notre Dame, Latin quarter, Louvre museum etc).

The property was great. Excellent location, easily walkable to Notre Dame, Louvre (about 20 mins). Metro just around the corner. Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants nearby! We loved it!

The apartment was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. It was a bit difficult to find because there are no numbers on the doors but a phone call led us to the correct place (I should add that we arrived during an annual festival and the streets were jammed with people). At the time, the temperature was 37-38 degree Celsius weather and two fans were trying to cool the apartment. The kitchen tools met our expectations which was nice. The photos may not explain that there is a toilet and sink in the bathroom near the bed, and a shower and sink on the mezzanine on the floor above. The street was relatively quiet and the overall location was great. Communications with the owner and representative was fine.

We spent a fabulous week at Marisa’s apartment in Le Marais. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. Perfect for a couple spending time in Paris. The location in Le Marais was excellent, close to the metro and walking distance to many attractions and shops. There was plenty of room for us (and our large suitcases) at the apartment. The washing machine is a great bonus and a laundry is close by for drying. We were impressed at the amount of room there was in the bathroom. Plenty of space to spread out and the shower had great water pressure. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this apartment again if we returned to Paris. On arrival, we were met by the lovely Annalise, who made us feel at home straight away.Thanks Marisa for your lovely apartment, it really added to our wonderful week in Paris.
