Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, der sich viel Mühe gibt und uns viele wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben hat. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, um Castellammare del Golfo und die zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele der Umgebung zu erkunden. Außerdem befindet sich direkt in der Nähe eine wunderschöne alte Kirche – mit den Kirchenglocken aufzuwachen, hat durchaus etwas ganz Besonderes und fast schon Ikonisches.
Der einzige Nachteil ist die Straße vor der Unterkunft, die teilweise recht laut sein kann. Vor allem morgens und tagsüber hört man viele Mopeds und Motorräder, die in Italien teilweise ziemlich laut unterwegs sind. Für geräuschempfindliche Personen sollte man das wissen.
