Kick back and relax at this 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom home with your own private Heated Salt Water Pool, private screened in patio, private propane grill, and private back yard. Pets welcome! Central Location positions you perfectly to take advantage of Sarasota's attractions. Located 9 minutes from Downtown Sarasota, 14 Minutes from Siesta Key public beach, and 7 minutes from the heart of Gulf Gate. Living room features 55" Smart TV, a sectional couch, two additional pub chairs, and a leather ottoman to put your feet up and take a load off. The master suite features a king size medium firm bed, 46" inch TV and updated bathroom with tiled shower. Large Dresser and large closet ensure there is plenty of storage for longer stays. Second bedroom has a Full size Bed and a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed. A large closet and dresser provide ample space to store clothes for all lengths of stays. Updated Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, with all necessary kitchen needs including Standard Coffee Maker, Keurig, Crock Pot and all necessary items to cook large feasts. Indoor Dining nestled between kitchen and living room has seating for 4. Additional dining for 2 at bistro table just adjacent to main dining. Screened patio includes seating for 6+ at a Crate & Barrel dining set. Twin Chair and Ottomans add an additional space to put your feet up. 40" TV ensures you won't miss out on your favorite sporting event or program while taking advantage of Florida's weather. Weber Propane Grill provided, propane included. Pool area includes 2 loungers and 4 polywood Adirondack chairs. Beach Supplies: 4 beach chairs, kids toys, towels, and carrying bag provided. The Security Deposit of $250 is a hold, not a charge, on your Credit/Debit Card from a day before check-in until 7 days after checkout. Your card is only charged if I claim damage during that timeframe. If I do not claim damage during that timeframe, the hold will be automatically released from your card on the 7th day after checkout. Since the card account is not technically charged, just held, the hold that you see on your online statement may just disappear instead of showing as a credit. I will always contact you to discuss any damages prior to charging your card. Please ignore any other posts that states we will collect the security deposit at the house. This is inaccurate and there is currently not an option to remove that language. Sorry for any confusion.

Wonderful welcoming and comfortable residence, nice privacy for family time, close to multiple attractions. Drew was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this listing for your next stay, my family intends to stay here again on our next visit

Property was wonderful! Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Restaurants in Sarasota, Siesta Key, and St. Armands Circle within easy 10-15 minute drive. I truly enjoyed my stay. Everything was very clean. The pool was amazing! I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for a great stay!

My sister and I and our fiancés stayed here for a week and it was overall a great experience. The house is nicely decorated. It was so beneficial having the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We loved the outdoor areas, being able to eat dinner outside and hang out. It was absolutely wonderful having the pool there; the outdoor area was so nice and having the lounge chairs was great. We were so unbelievably grateful for the shed full of beach supplies (chairs and umbrellas), it was a life saver since we went to the beach nearly every day. The location of the house was so convenient, it was so easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go in all directions. Drew always answered all questions very promptly and made the experience very easy. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a great week here with everything we needed available to us, and everything very clean. The beach decor topped it off! We spent alot of time relaxing out on the lanai and sunning in the pool. Then at night slept in a comfortable bed. 5 star for sure! 😎

My wife and I spent a week in Sarasota with our dogs to escape the Wisconsin winter. While it was a week away, I still worked, which made high-speed WiFi imperative for Zoom meetings.
The property was exactly as listed. The pool was private. The high-speed WiFi was super fast. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two Pomeranians.
The was a surplus of towels, washcloths and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked. A Kuerig coffee maker is always a bonus, and having Kuerig coffee pods available was a nice surprise.
Overall everything was great. A few comments, give a heads up before the pool guy comes to clean the pool. A "private area" is not as private when someone comes walking in unexpectedly. Same advice for the lawn service. A heads-up would help. The house immediately next door is a little sketchy too. Nothing you can do about that, but it did take away slightly from the overall experience.
Other than those small items, the stay was great. It was a nice week away.

Will be back!
The location is perfect for those wanting to beach hop. So many beautiful beaches only a few minutes away. The pool was the highlight of the trip for my children. Well kept and private. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Host was very helpful and timely with responding to my questions. Everything that you would need is stocked in the home. A true home away from home. Highly recommend!

This rental experience was superb! The house is very nice and well maintained, we spent most of our time on the lanai and in the pool. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe and was located in a great area where we could get to the beach or downtown easily in 20 minutes. The fenced-in back and side yard gave us lots of privacy and allowed us to have our dog hang out with us out there. We had friends and family visit at different times during the month and everyone was comfortable. We did not go out to eat very often -- the kitchen had all of the things we needed to even prepare Christmas dinner! We did have to do some work while there and had NO problem with the wifi, even with everyone using several devices. We had a couple of small issues throughout the stay which Drew, the owner, handled very quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful location!
This home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of towels provided and cooking was a breeze with everything available including gas grill. The heated pool and lanai are terrific with comfortable seating/lounging and ample dining area (plenty of privacy). Easy access to shopping, restaurants, beaches, and museums. Also had great communication with the owner. Wanted to say thank you to the Drew, Randy, and Tracey for making our stay more comfortable! Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect location with all the right amenities
Idyllic FL experience with well-maintained salt water pool. The rooms were spacious with plenty of space for indoor/outdoor dining. Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The owner was very responsive and helpful with our questions. Highly recommend for location, amenities, and hospitality.

Wonderful Vacation Stay
Drew was very accommodating with the schedule change we required and checked in to make sure we were satisfied . The home was very clean and had all the cooking appliances and utensils needed. We mostly enjoyed the salt water pool and lanai area for relaxing.along with the close proximity to several gulf beaches. we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful
Very relaxing, clean, good location for Siesta Key, Sarasota. Screened back porch with TV seemed to catch us every day. Close to grocery. Drew was great to deal with, very good communication. Will stay again if ever in the area.

Perfect last minute getaway
We enjoyed our week. Just a short drive to Siesta Key Beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and backyard felt secluded. Salt water pool was fabulous. We would come back again.

The house was everything we needed. Drew was super accessible, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The house was clean, well stocked and the pool was fantastic!

As advertised
We were very happy with this property. The photos online are very dedicative of the actual place. We had a small issue on check in and Drew responded immediately to our email and the problem was taken care of in a quick, efficient manner. Drew was easy to work with and we found the property very clean and the pool was awesome!

December trip review
The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen ware, seating, (we had family over for dinner) towels for home and beach, etc. We specifically were looking for a house close to Siesta Key beach and shopping, this house is within a few minutes of both.
The pool was great for the days it was too chilly on the beach - highly recommend the salt water pool so much nicer than chlorine.
Last note the beds are comfortable, sofas comfortable. Hope this is helpful, I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay if you book this home.

Wonderful property for the money
This is my second time staying at the property. We love the heated pool and screened-in porch, they are both very private. The house has anything you might need such as plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. The location is excellent due to its proximity to beaches, shopping and restaurants. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great place, great location.
Centrally located to everything in Sarasota, and a great price for all that you get. The place was decorated tastefully and was very clean. It's a quiet (albeit older) neighborhood and the pool in back is completely private. We loved that it was a salt water pool and not chlorine. The house was stocked very well and had everything we needed. We liked being able to grocery shop and not have to eat every meal out. When you want to eat out, though, there are plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes of the location. It was an easy drive to Siesta Key Beach, no more that 15 minutes total time to be toes in the sand. Questions to Drew were answered within a few minutes, which was fantastic. Overall, its a great property and a great owner. We would recommend and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Retirement Vacation
This was a special vacation as my husband retired the day before we travelled. Drew's home was just the ticket. Extremely clean and comfortable. The decor and furnishings very tasteful and appeared new. Fab master bed, comfiest ever. Cannot speak for other beds as the second bedroom was not used.
The home was well located to all attractions and in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Would not hesitate to book this rental again.
