About this condo rental
Located on Bend's westside, a short walk along the Deschutes river trail to the Old Mill district & off the Cascade lakes hwy to Mt.Bachelor, it's a convenient home base for any recreation or vacation plans. This ground floor-end unit features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new heatnglo gas fireplace & a/c unit for comfort. Entertainment options include a 60" Hd-Tv w/bose theater, cable & wifi in-house thru Bendbroadband, Sonos streaming-music, blue-ray player, xbox 360 & netflix. A queen bed layered with linens & duvet cover in the bedroom along with an La-z-boy sofa sleeper queen bed in the living room can conveniently accommodate up to 4 guests. An entire bathroom renovation completed in winter 2020 adds Whirlpool stack washing machine, new flooring & spacious tile shower equipped with spray wand and jets. Outside, a restaurant style overhead patio heater provides year-round comfort...along with barbecue gas grill, dining table, lounging sofa & adirondack chairs filling out a private deck offering views of the surrounding wooded landscape and Cascade hwy off in the distance. All cleaning expenses are included in the base rate and provided by our in-house staff. Due to their requirements 2-nights is minimum booking. * IKON pass holder offer, of one complimentary night added to any booking of at least 3 nights. Mount Bachelor resort amenities included: Pool, 2 hot tubs, river trail access... all which could make downtime as enjoyable as the many recreational options home to Central Oregon. Included as well, complementary use of in-house recreational equipment: * Two crusier bikes available * Snowshoes (Atlas 10 series) pairs * Cross-country skis - Mens & Women's (Salomon bindings & standard "NNN" Rossignol) options * Cabela Fly Fishing gear, Tennis rackets * Juniper Swim/rec passes (also valid at Larkspur facility) * Sno-park & NW Forest passes Our standard weekly rate includes any 7th night free. Location ideal for visiting family who reside in Bend. Love walking along Deschutes River trail. Cozy, lovely fireplace, kitchen had most items I needed. All appliances I used were is great working condition. Very quiet except when person in upstairs unit returned and walked with heavy foot steps. Clean, but in need of a good vacuuming under the couch.

Great location near lots of eateries and things to do. Very clean with nice kitchen and view off the deck. Loved the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience! The complimentary local beer as well as use of condo Forest Pass and Recreation Pass great perks.
Only suggestion, Jeff, would be adding rubberized shower mat for safety.

This is a warning about this place it was not clean at all. It was dirty and a terrible experience. Do not look at the photos and think it’s clean and nice. The towels were wet sheets dirty and the owner does not keep his promises for taking care of the problem.

Very cute property. Cozy fireplace and heated patio were great. River Trail nearby was great for my morning run. Six-minute drive to Mill District (a little further and you're in downtown.) 15 minutes to Virginia Meissner Sno Park. An all-over great location. I was there mid-week and it was very quiet. Recreation passes were a nice touch if you need them.

We love the location and area of this condo. So close to the river trails and the old mill district. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and right across the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the forest and hiking down by the river. We hope to be back someday

It was the right size and had all of the amenities for my husband and two year old. We were in town for a concert and it was about a
5 min. Drive to the amphitheater at Old Milll, and has a playground and pool very close by. Also has a kitchen and washer and dryer, which was very handy! It was great for the two of us and our toddler, but think it would be a little tight for 4 adults. We had a great stay, and will definitely keep it in mind for future trips!

Great condo for price, location, amenities
As always, we had a wonderful time in Bend and loved staying in Mt. Bachelor village. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and sleeping. The BBQ worked great. The pull out was surprisingly comfortable and easy to pull out and put away each night.
One thing you need to be aware of:
This is a downstairs unit and can be frustrating if you are a light sleeper/ early to bed or want to sleep in, if the people above are the opposite. Footsteps are very load and we happened to be there for a length of time that had multiple check in/out in unit above during our stay.
Next, when booking make sure they have fixed the showerhead. It's one of the fancy RAIN heads with side spray and hand spray. The head worked for a few days, then was clearly blocked with only a trickle coming down... no fix was offered when I brought it to their attention midway through our 2 week stay. That could have been due to the holiday,..... so maybe it's been fixed. Just make sure it is or else you will have to use the handheld attachment. For someone with long hair...that is a very frustrating recommendation.
If you have trouble with the TV operation, double check that they have updated their instructions. We were so frustrated we just opted to watch shows on our ipad. 4 remote controls...ugh!!!
All an all it's a nice, comfortable condo. We love MBV, and there's not much in this price range so go for it if you want a well-stocked, clean condo w/pool/hot tub and close to river and trails.

We stayed here as a place to land during my son’s lacrosse tournament. It was fine for the 3 of us; 4 people would be tight. Decent but small kitchen which worked for us. Easy check-in/ out.

The only downside is if there are heavy walkers in the rental unit above the sound travels through the floor/ceiling.
