The Space: For those looking for a more natural experience, this is the perfect home-base from which to hike, bike, ride and climb! The unit is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, parents with kids, and business travelers! Newly renovated, comfortable and beautifully decorated—our space includes a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a bedroom with one queen bed. The location is superb! It`s within 5 minutes from the main downtown strip, 7 minutes from Old Colorado City strip, and 10 minutes from The Garden of The Gods. Many amenities provided: TV with Netflix, Fast WIFI, quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and much more! Other Amenities included, not on the amenities section: - Iron - Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash - Olive oil, spice rack, and plenty of cooking utensils. - Professionally laundered linens and towels. - Newly installed AC Floor unit. Cools 500 square feet. - Smart-lock - Hangers, closet space, and laundry hamper. To give you peace of mind, we have a 5 star cleaning team that keeps this home immaculately clean and disinfected (especially high-touch areas) so you can enjoy your stay and feel safe. Permit: STR-0429 Guest Access: The whole unit is completely private to you. There is one parking space in front, and plenty of on-street parking. The unit is a part of a larger building and there are long-term tenants living next-door (please respect their privacy). Access is with a door code and it will be provided to you once you book your stay. The Neighborhood: Located just a few blocks southeast of Downtown Colorado Springs, this home is a short drive, bike or even walk away from eastern Downtown where plenty of quirky dive bars (the Zodiac), and art galleries (The Cottonwood Center for the Arts) reside. Just a few blocks west of this area is the main Tejon St entertainment district, with plenty of great restaurants, bars, shops and nightclubs exist in weekend bliss. Also close to this home is Memorial Park, featuring large open green spaces and Prospect Lake, where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks and the like from the historic boat house. The home is centrally located to all the larger attractions for visitors and is approximately 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak (20 mins) and the United States Air Force Academy (25 mins). Getting Around: Although restaurants, parks and other attractions are located within walking distance from this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around. Other Things to Note: ATTENTION: *AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by Hoste before check-in. * We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like soap, toilet paper etc. *Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture. Service animals exempt from fees. This listing is located on the same property (but not the same building) as another that we manage. This place was positively terrible. The sofa mattress foam topper was stained and smelt of old urine and there was not adequate bedding to cover up the mattress. This, while disgusting, would have been forgivable had it not been for strong evidence pointing to a bed bug infestation. My friend woke up with 4, itchy bites along his back in a straight line. These were NOT there the night before. While we did not find any evidence of bugs, we contacted a dermatologist who confirmed the bites were likely due to bed bugs. The owner has not been prompt at responding and has evaded my attempt at a refund. We did not even stay in the place the second night. At this point, I will NEVER book through VRBO again. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of care is abhorrent, and quite frankly gross. If there is anyway to have my money refunded (at least for the night we didn't stay!) please let me know. Going forward, I will advise anyone who asks to not use this service unless things are rectified. I am extremely unhappy. Georgie [email protected]

Property was very clean and organized. The location was great and close by to everything that you would need. Would definitely book this location again and the property owners are awesome. They responded immediately for any issues or concerns.
