NO SALES TAX ON 30 NIGHT STAYS OR MORE THE DECOR THAT MY WIFE AND I HAVE SELECTED IS WESTERN, SOUTHWEST AND NATIVE AMERICAN DECOR. THE YARD AND PATIO ARE SURROUNDED BY A PRIVACY FENCE. THERE IS A VIEW OF THUNDER MOUNTAIN FROM THE PATIO WHERE YOU CAN BBQ YOUR STEAK AND ENJOY WINE FROM ONE OF THE LOCAL WINERIES. THE LOCATION IS CLOSE TO (OR WALKING DISTANCE) TO 8 PLUS RESTAURANTS FROM SANDWICH SHOP TO FANCY ITALIAN. THERE IS A LARGE CHAIN GROCERY STORE AND MOVIE THEATRE ALSO WITHIN A 5 MINUTE DRIVE . YOU CAN WALK A BLOCK TO CATCH A BUS TO DOWNTOWN TO ALL THE SHOPS, MORE RESTAURANTS AND TOURS OF THE BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDING AREA. IF YOU WANT TO GET A FEEL FOR THE AREA GO TO SOME GARAGE AND ESTATE SALES, THERE YOU WILL SEE SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HOMES AND GET SOME GREAT DEALS. FROM OUR HOME YOU CAN GO TO THE TOWN OF JEROME-AN OLD MINING TOWN THAT IS NOW A SORT OF ARTISTS COLONY, WHILE YOUR THERE GO THE OLD HAUNTED HOSPITAL CALLED THE ASYLUM AND HAVE LUNCH WHILE LOOKING OVER THE VERDE VALLEY AND THE CITY OF JEROME. THERE ARE MANY HIKING AND BIKING TRAILS IN AND AROUND SEDONA AND YOU WILL SEE SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SCENERY ANYWHERE. YOU CAN FIND HIKING AND BIKING TRAILS FROM EASY TO EXTREME. THERE ARE WINERIES CLOSE BY FOR TOURS AND SAMPLING. WE HOPE YOU WILL COME AND SEE SEDONA AND THIS BEAUTIFUL STATE AND ENJOY SOME OF THE MOST GORGEOUS SCENERY AND SUNSETS ANYWHERE. Definitely a Premier Host.
We cook most nights. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Clean, comfortable, good neighborhood and location.
The fresh flowers and thoughtful amenities also a nice touch.
All in all a solid place. Would visit again.

We had a great stay for a week at this property in West Sedona. The location is ideal to access multiple hiking trails on that side of town. The property is roomy and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside area with its fire table in the mornings & evenings. Host was most hospitable & ensured that we had a great stay. We definitely would book this property again.

West sedona area in my opinion is most convenient...ive stayed downtown and oak creek, ill be staying in west sedona from now own....i vrbo 2-3 times a year and this one was one of the cleanest ive been too....

We stayed at this vacation rental a couple of years ago and enjoyed it very much. It met all our needs again and I will keep this vacation home at the top of my list when we return to Sedona.

As others reviewers said, the house looks even better than its pictures :) A very clean and comfortable place, probably the best stocked rental we've ever been to. Close to many hiking trails, some even in walking distance.
The owners were great to work with. We would stay again.

The property was in an ideal location in West Sedona with easy access to many trails and dining.
Our hosts were wonderful providing small touches that made our stay so much more relaxing...from basic kitchen essentials, small appliance and additions that helped us acclimate quickly to the area. Top notch hosts!!

We had never been to Sedona. West Sedona is the best area to stay in. The home was very clean. You can eat outside and enjoy the view of the red rocks. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions.

The house is very clean, looks brand new, is well-appointed and very comfortable. My wife immediately noted the quality of the spice selection in the kitchen. The patio is peaceful and a great place to relax on a lazy afternoon. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location was perfect for our needs - hiking trails less than a mile away one direction, and a grocery store less than a mile away another direction. Lots of great hiking from a number of trailheads all within a 15-minute drive. The owners communicate well and were available without being intrusive. Their thoughtfulness is evident in nice touches throughout the house, from decorations to amenities. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Owners, Jim and Lorene, provide everything you could possibly need while staying at their beautiful two-bedroom home. A fully-equipped kitchen (and grill on the patio) awaits you if you like to cook and eat in. The lovely Southwest decor and art accents each room. The home was very clean and extremely comfortable throughout. Thunder Mountain trail heads, restaurants, and shops are minutes away. Uptown Sedona is about 10 minutes by car. The owners were attentive and and communicated with us regularly. A glimpse of the sunrise can be seen through the kitchen window lighting up Thunder Mountain with brilliant red and orange hues each morning. This property is top notch and rates 5 stars.

This house is the perfect place to stay in West Sedona. It’s near everything in town. The house itself is very nice, clean and well appointed. The owners have thoughtfully considered all the details that will make us come back here next time we visit Sedona.

Great place to stay a week
We had a great time staying here. The property was in great condition - everything is fairly new and it was nice and clean upon check in. The house is in west Sedona in a location convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants. Very close to several really good trails - if you are planning on hikes. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so resting up after a day of hiking was great.

House is an open concept and very roomy. Clean and well stocked. Loved the southwestern decor. If you are a hiker, this location is perfect. If you are wanting to be near all the action this is perfect! Stayed 9 days and would return without hesitation! Thanks again for sharing your home!!

This home was in a great location and very clean. Owner texted several times. The only downside for us was a broken washing machine. Owner offered to pay if we sent laundry out. I am sure everything will be great after March 25, when the new washer arrives. Also owner just purchased a new grill. It looks lovely but we did not have enough time to use it.
I would stay here again for sure. We walked to grocery and a few good restaurants.

Everything in the house feels new/contemporary, with a tasteful western/southwest theme everywhere, that we enjoyed. It's well stocked with kitchen, laundry, bathroom and cleaning supplies. We appreciated the private backyard w/grill, and the quiet neighbors. Great location with convenient access to hiking trails, restaurants and services.

Jim and Lorene went out of their way to make us feel at home. The flowers/gift at check in were so appreciated. Their home is in a very quiet neighborhood of West Sedona, near some great hiking trails. It is not a long drive to uptown Sedona where an abundance of the restaurants/shops/traffic and crowds are. We enjoyed Devil's Bridge, Fayes Canyon trail, especially the climb just beyond the "end of the trail" and the spur trail (1/2 way back) to the arch. We also loved Boynton Canyon hike to the Subway. Slide rock and Grasshopper Points were fantastic for our teens, with swimming, cliff jumping into the stream and the natural water slides. Sunsets at Crescent Moon Ranch and Red Rock Crossing just light up Cathedral Rock . We went uptown to Elote Cafe mexican restaurant which was fantastic. Reservations are required at most nice restaurants in advance, so schedule before your trip starts, but you cannot reserve an outdoor patio seat if that is what you are looking for during covid. (Though uptown allows you to "walk in" to quite a few without reservations.) Bobby D's in Jerome has a fun outdoor patio for BBQ. We also tried Thai Spices Natural Restaurant, Pisa Lisa (twice) and Sound Bites for the view of Snoopy Rock. Thank you Jim and Lorene for having the house so well stocked and for sharing your lovely home!
