Are you looking for a comfortable Townhome for your family or group in Mammoth Lakes? Enjoy our Townhome in the Woodlands project which is conveniently located on the Shuttle Route for the Red Line in Mammoth, which provides free shuttle service a couple of times every hour, to get to the ski area or other parts of town. Shuttle stop is right in front of the Woodlands project. We recently upgraded our unit with new carpeting, new kitchen counters, new appliances, etc. Enjoy a hot tub and pool within steps of your front door in the pool area. 42' LCD High Definition TV in Living Room with HD Channels. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed. Downstairs second bedroom has 2 twin beds, both downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and tub. There is another bathroom with a shower on middle level where kitchen and living room are located. Loft has a bunk bed plus 2 twin beds. Tracy’s condo was the perfect location for our family stay. Tracy was very responsive to questions we had and the home was a great size for two small families. The kitchen was well stocked, the location was perfect for getting to town or the mountain and we couldn’t have had a better time!
The pictures truly don’t do this home justice.

The Woodlands Complex is our favorite place to stay in Mammoth Lakes. We’ve stayed in this unit more than once and will continue to come back as long as it’s available. This is a comfortable space with a well stocked kitchen (all the pots and pans and mixers you’ll need to make dinners). It’s not fancy nor fussy so we don’t feel the need to be overly careful, but it’s clean and comfortable and everything works as it should.

My family and I were very pleased with the property. Lots of room and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner communicated well and super easy to check in and out. Definitely will rent again!

We had a great stay with 7 adults and extra room for more if needed. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was true to the photos. It is along a bus route for direct to Eagle and Main lodge, however, we ended our days on the slopes at canyon lodge and getting back to the unit was more challenging from there. We ended up walking back from the Village which wasn't too bad but our friends with ski boots on were not enjoying it much! However, that was really not a big deal at all.

Place had a nice loft that slept 4 nicely. Layout was really nice and plenty of parking. Bus stop is super close so no need to move the car for ski days. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Will request to stay there again!!

The photos of this property do not do it justice! This place is cute and SUPER cozy! It's right next door to the pool and hot tub, which is killer when you have been on the mountain all day. There are complimentary soaps in each bathroom and there is a coffee maker so you can stay in rather than go out to pick up a cup in the morning. I highly recommend renting this rental, it's in a great location for every place you would want or need to go to with ample parking!

Nice, but not fussy
This condo was great. We’ve been staying in various Woodlands condos every summer for the past 31 years. This unit was well equipped with everything we needed to make dinners and bake. Everything worked well. It’s clean and comfortable, but things haven’t been updated to the point that I had to worry about the kids damaging anything. We enjoyed looking at the photography and artwork around the condo.

A Comfortable Vacation
A nice, quiet, and comfortable unit located in The Woodlands condominium complex, which itself is beautiful. Several parking spaces were available just a few steps from the front door. The unit itself was warm with plenty of space and nicely decorated. All amenities that we needed were available (kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, cable TV, wireless, and warm showers). The owner was responsive to any questions that came up. We would definitely stay here again!

My only wish is that there were a better variety of cooking pans/baking trays. For a large group we had plenty to cook. That being said, I will definitely try to book this cabin again. Homey and convenient
It was an unexpected pleasure to find a kitchen stocked with spices, and plenty of kindling for the fireplace. It's very close to the bus stop for the red line, and a short walk to a supermarket. The deck overlooks the pool and hot tub area. Recommended.

Great place!
Loved staying at Woodlands #48. Complex was quiet, easy to access and the condo was bright and clean. The large windows in the main area were a major bonus. We've stayed in many places in Mammoth over the years and this unit is one of my favorites now. The beds were comfortable, and it was easy to keep the unit warm. Only down side, no official gear (Ski/Board) storage area, but not a huge issue, just something to be aware of so you can make alternate plans if you have a lot of stuff. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect Home For the Holidays
We spend the Holidays here with our family of 5. It was great to get away from the hectic Village during the busy Holiday season. The condo met our needs perfectly, and the kids enjoyed the close proximity to the hot tub!

Clean, roomy and easy access to the slopes
This condo was better than expected. Very roomy and very comfortable beds. It snowed 2 nights we were there and all the walkways to the entrance were cleared and shoveled. Thank you! We needed extra towels and they were delivered within 2 hours. We loved this property. Easy access to the red and green bus lines.

The Best!!!!
This condo is so wonderful and was perfect for our family. Our kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the jacuzzi after a day on the mountain. The condo was exceptionally clean and updated. The owner was readily available for any questions or assistance needed. We’re so grateful for all of the comfort this place provided for our much needed family vacation. Complete with many board games, cozy blankets and plenty of firewood it was just perfect. We can’t wait to book another stay at Woodlands 48!

Wonderfully well kept community. Property was very comfortable and close to the slopes.
My guests and I had a very enjoyable stay at this cabin. The wood burning fire place made the cabin very cozy. Master bedroom bedding was very warm and comfortable. Location of the cabin is pretty close to The Village and near the public shuttle line too. I would highly recommend staying at this cabin.

Can't Wait to Return Next Season!
Great place to spend your time in Mammoth. The condo is very spacious and the jacuzzi is only steps outside the door! Easy access to various shuttle stops and plenty of parking in the lot. We looking forward to staying here in the future.

Minor suggestion, I would move the large wooden wreath from above the master bed. It’s a little scary having it above your head while you’re trying sleep. We slept with our heads in the opposite direction just incase it fell. :)
