At the heart of Gray's Crossing lies the charming PJ's Grill, a delightful dining destination surrounded by the picturesque golf course. With an expansive lawn, inviting fire pits, live music, and outdoor dining options, PJ's Grill is the perfect spot for family and friends to gather. Despite its secluded ambiance, Gray's Crossing is just a short 1.5-mile distance from the lively shops and restaurants in Downtown Truckee. Here, you can enjoy the best of both worlds - the tranquility of the mountains and the convenience of a bustling town. Whether you seek adventure or relaxation, this community offers an array of recreational activities from skiing and snowboarding in the winter to fishing and boating in the summer. Gray's Crossing sits 7 miles from Northstar, 13 miles from the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, and 14 miles from Palisades Tahoe. POLICIES & DISCLOSURES 1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 10 adults and 3 children (under 13). 2. Parking for 5 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. 3. Access to the Old Greenwood Pavilion through TMC is once again available to renters at this home at a cost of $75/day. You must coordinate access with a Tahoe Getaways Representative at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival to add amenity access on. Access must be purchased for the full duration of your stay. Max 12 people per home allowed access. Continued disruptions, including full restrictions, can be anticipated, and will not be cause for re-fund or re-location of the home rental. 4. There is a lot of construction taking place in this neighborhood, some in close proximity to this property. The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc; however, some nuisance can be expected. 5. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: Some TAHOE GETAWAYS vacation rental properties have surveillance cameras that have been installed by the rental property owners, primarily for security/risk management purposes (these include Nest Cameras and Ring Doorbell Cams). We want to reassure our guests that surveillance is strictly prohibited in interior areas or in areas where Guests would have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as an outdoor spa. Please feel free to contact us if you have specific questions or concerns. 6. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires. PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY – Reservations are considered booked when Guest's prepayment has been received. Reservation Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is considered non-refundable (less any taxes paid). HOST FEE DETAILS: Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Dirty, things not working or not as advertised and rental company does nothing about it. Some lights don’t work, missing light bulbs, filthy area rugs, grill not working, primary bedroom bed old and impossible to sleep in just to name a few. Rental company a joke.

We really enjoyed the place -group of 5 plus our dog. We were at first concerned about location being far out, but ended up going to Northstar a couple of days and had lunch at the alpine club up top (Schaffer's). Nice perk and used the location conveniently. With 80 being clear, location really didn't matter. One day we even drove to Sierra at Tahoe and came back around Incline.
The house was a in very good shape, only downside was Direct TV didn't work but that was due to snow on room, so nothing to blame. Kitchen was roomy and good but we had to bring everything consumable (no salt or pepper, e.g.)so just be aware when packing. There were several lights out (one in the bathroom) which should have been fixed but not that big of a deal. If I was super picky, I'd drop a 1/2 point but I'm not so....
Otherwise, had plenty of room for group and would rent house again for sure.

Beautiful property with great views and convenient access to the highway to get to Palisades, which is where we skied. Pretty great amenities. The kitchen is really spacious and the range/oven is huge, which is great for cooking big meals for a large crowd. The only thing lacking was adequate cleaning supplies to keep the kitchen and bathrooms easily cleaned up. The pots and pans in the kitchen were also a bit beat up. The hot tub was perfect for post-ski soreness, but the lights in the back porch were out.

This luxury home was perfect for our stay in Truckee. Our daughter planned her wedding at PJs at Grey's Crossing and we were looking for something to accommodate 3 couples and a few of her bridesmaids. It was all that we hoped it would be to add to her dream come true! The hot tub and all rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the house was well stocked with kitchen essentials and bath towels. Plenty of room for our large group to spread out and relax.

Great cabin and excellent location. Was blown away stepping through the door. The only knock I have was that the bed frame slates were collapsed on the bed I was sleeping on so it was a little uncomfortable. Told the management company, but not much they could do at the time. Seeing how responsive the company was and their customer service, I'm sure they'll take care of it for the next tenants!

The house in Grey's Crossing was amazing. Perfect for our family wedding outside Truckee. the main living area had lots of space for everyone to spend time together. The upstairs space was perfect if people wanted to get away and play games. The kitchen and bar were filled with stemware, glasses, plates, etc. - more than enough for everyone in the family. The back patio is right off the living area for an extension of the living space. The bedrooms were comfy. The hot tube was awesome. Literally - EVERYTHING was PERFECT. We're coming back.

We have rented this home three times and wouldn't think of another place to stay! Although some of the pictures are winter wonderlands this house is AMAZING in the summer with its expansive backyard, allowing corn hole and the kids to have scavenger hunts! And with access to Old Greenwood's pool, kids pool, gym, spa and kids club - you couldn't ask for a better family experience!

This is a gorgeous cabin. Very spacious and comfortable for 12 people in our group. Everything was neatly cleaned and wiped. By far the best cabin I've ever stayed at in Tahoe. The kitchen is fully stocked with cups, wine glasses, plates, bowls, utensils and kitchen appliances.

Driveway was covered in several inches of ice and impossible to use with out 4wheel drive. Rental contract stated drive would be plowed and clean for our stay. Repeated calls to management service were answered with excuses and buck passing. The drive was never cleared. It ruined what could have been a great weekend.

We had a great time at the beautiful "Truckee Treasure at Gray's Crossing." I had to contact the office for a few minor things during our stay and the staff was very responsive and helpful. The home was very clean and luxurious. The only thing I would mention about the house itself is that the pictures make the interior appear a lot bigger than it actually was, but it was not a problem for 5 couples and a few small kids. Also want to add that a 10am strict checkout time is a bit of a turn-off. We had an extra hour due to some issues upon check-in, but if we had to check out at 10am, it would have made things extremely difficult. Would recommend to a friend and would stay here again.

Overall this was a great vrbo rental experience and fantastic property!! The management company was easy to work with and dealt quickly with the only issue that we had. The house is gorgeous and the ability to use the recreational facility was awsome .. It would be nice if the master bed would get updated as is is fairly saggy... also there are some loose stones on the step leading out to the patio which did cause one family member to take a stumble - nobody was hurt but it could be a dangerous situation. Even wtih these issues we would definitely rent this house again if we were in the Truckee area!!
