Location, location, location! We are excited to welcome you to our little piece of Heaven in downtown Estes Park and to provide you with an exceptional vacation experience. This luxury riverfront loft condo is ideal and very popular for family vacations, reunions, wedding parties, multi-generational families, yet it offers the peace and quiet for a romantic couples get-a-way. Because of it's downtown location, it is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, family activities, trails, golf and events in Bond Park. Easy seasonal access to shuttle service to Rocky Mountain National Park. Condo features modern furniture and fixtures, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, travertine tile--everything to make your stay relaxing. The Master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with a private attached 3/4 bath. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. There are two sleeper sofas in the livings areas, one being brand new. We will happily provide a Pack 'n Play for your little one upon request. Games and books for evenings or rainy days. The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, tea, paper goods and all the pots, pans, and dishes you may need. It features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have granite counter tops, tiled bath enclosures with glass doors and we provide the shampoo, lotion and make-up remover towelettes. There is a small cooler for your picnic in the park, and a crock pot if you want a warm meal waiting for you when you return from a long hike. Ed's Cantina, a local Mexican food favorite and Kind Coffee are a stone's throw away if you prefer to have your meals or coffee prepared for you. Popular hummingbird feeder on the balcony provides hours of entertainment during the summer. Please plan to bring your own reusable water bottles. Estes Park has award-winning water, and we hope you'll enjoy it's freshness. In an effort to be environmentally friendly, we discourage you from purchasing water in single-use plastic bottles. We will be happy to answer any questions you have about the Estes Park area and the National Park, including local favorites, day trip suggestions, etc. Just give us a call before or during your stay.

Condo was spacious, parking lot across the street was not good during the day, most of the time full. Parking garage down the street was available with shuttle. The hosts were great to work with!

This condo was perfect for our week in Estes Park. We had everything we needed and it was like our home away from home. The condo was very spacious and well furnished. After a long day of hiking in the mountains it was a nice place just to kickback n relax on the deck overlooking the Big Thompson River. Another nice perk was all the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We look forward too our return with our kids the next time we visit Estes Park.

We fell in love with Estes and this condo helped. We had a great location on the river where we enjoyed listening to the water and seeing the elk in abundance one morning while there. The condo is large and very nicely decorated. The only complaints are there are a lot of stairs to enter the unit and we had to park a few blocks away.

The condo is in the most perfect location! Walkable to all the great shops and restaurants. You can catch the shuttle right outside too. Nice beds and comfy furniture. The patio is so nice to hear the stream outside. We truly enjoyed our stay with plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids. The only negative I have to mention is the trash trucks... daily pickup before 7am (some days two trucks for the different dumpsters) was annoying for a light sleeper like me, but it didn't bother any one else in our group.

We enjoyed the location as we close to the free bus service. Also, the parking was very convenient to the condo. The setting was enjoyable and relaxing as we had humming birds and the river outside the sliding glass door. The access to the condo was a little difficult as there were 20 steep steps for seniors to climb.

Condo was very roomy, very clean, and so well stocked. Was a great location for us. Could walk or take the trolley downtown. The deck overlooking the Thompson River and the river walk was a plus. The owners, Scott & Karen, were great to work with. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great location, wonderful condo - we can’t wait to come back! We were excited to see several kid-friendly accommodations (baby gate, booster seat), as we’ll have a 6 month old with us by next summer. We hope to come back and visit soon!

We loved everything about this host/hostess and both locations we stayed at including this one.
One thing renters should know is that the bedrooms are in front of unit and there is constant LOUD traffic noise all night with windows open, plus the delivery and garbage trucks in early AM hours. Be prepared!
Other than that.....Absolutely a Great Place to Stay!!

We were very impressed with this condo.
Its HUGE!!! And nicely equipped with anything you'd ever need on vacation.
The owner communicated with us throughout the entire process and had a wonderful binder prepared chocked full of local information.
You step out of the condo and you can walk to shops, restaurants, and bars with ease. This convenience was a major factor for us when we choose this place.
Next time we come to Estes Park, we'll book this again.

Condo was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed the beauty of the river directly below the condo. Also enjoyed hearing the river while both in the condo and sitting on the patio. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

The location and place was perfect. We did have to spread out our shower times to have hot water. We showered quickly and NEVER at the same time. The water heater seemed to be working; however, just couldn't keep up 100%. There was only 4 of us. We would defiantly stay again.

Place was wonderful, with the snow the parking was weird, property owners were excellent, very clean and loved the location we walked to everything, could use a TV in each room.

Great location if you are looking to be near Main Street. Small deck overlooking the stream off the back of the condo. Clean and roomy. Hosts were wonderful and the place was very comfortable. Would recommend!

This property was perfect. Perfect location, spacious, clean. Could walk everywhere. Beautiful views of the mountains and located right on the river walk. Communication with property manager was excellent. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again.

This was my 3rd stay in this condo and all three times have been perfect. We love Estes and RMNP and this location is perfect. Communication with the owner is great and she helped us navigate a snowstorm/bad roads situation, saving us what would have probably been lots of frustration. The condo is in the perfect location for walking the town and around Lake Estes and it is easy drive in to the park. We will be back!

We had the best family vacation to Estes Park! This condo exceeded our expectations. It was CLEAN! Lots of extra towels and bedding. Plenty of space for our family of five. If you want to be in downtown EP, this is the spot. We walked to shop, get ice cream and grab meals. And just because we were in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the town, don’t think we didn’t see wildlife- looked out a bedroom window one afternoon and there was a bull elk walking down the street! This would be a great spot for a girls trip. Coffee and Mexican food right downstairs. Starbucks and a grocery store practically across the street. We just had the best trip. Only one complaint - we didn’t want to leave! 😁 Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great location. Parking is a bit inconvenient but manageable. The free shuttle stops just steps away from the condo. Lots of steps but we were advised of this ahead of time.

Beautiful spacious condo in prime location!
We absolutely loved our stay in this condos. Great open concept kitchen and family room. The bedrooms were big and beds were comfortable. We loved walking to everything in town. The balcony was great overlooking the river. I really appreciated the information from Karen ahead of time.

Upon our arrival the air conditioning was not working - and it was very hot out. We contacted the owners, who responded quickly. Unfortunately a lot of people’s AC units were also going out and the owners were not able to get a repairman out for a few days. The owner brought extra fans to help beat the heat. It made for a few uncomfortable nights, but there’s nothing anyone could do about it. The owner was kind enough to offer a partial refund since we even changed our plans one day (after none of us slept well with the heat and noise from having the windows open). That is very much appreciated!! The unit was clean and super comfortable (once the AC was working). 😊 The beds were nice and comfy after our long hikes and the showers were also great! Would definitely stay here again. It was also in a great location! Perfect for me, my husband, our son and my mom. Plenty of space for all! Can’t wait to go back!!

This was my second time staying in this condo. I stayed with my kids in October and with my husband this time. Both times were perfect. Location is amazing for walking around town and enjoying coffee and shopping. Walking access to Lake Estes Trail … and just a short drive to RMNP. Property is clean and Karen is very easy to communicate with should you need anything. Highly recommend and plan to come back a third time.
