About this condo rental
Situated in Mammoth Lakes, this charming condo for £60 per night is a great choice for your next break. Bright, sunny, warm south facing condo in town within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and grocery store. It has one queen bed and two full size twin bunk beds. We also have the condo directly across the hall, identical floor plan, but with a King bed and single sofa sleeper, in the event you have a larger party. https://www.vrbo.com/7844057 SORRY, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This condo has a fireplace, (firewood can be purchased at Vons, Rite Aid) outside deck, fully equipped kitchen, remodeled bathroom, stylish decor and furniture. The coffee table in the living room easily adjusts to dinner table height, turning the living room into a dining room for meals, card games, etc. The counter stools are adjustable to be used at the bar or dining table. The 50" smart TV swivels for viewing from living room/kitchen area or bed. Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Hulu and Cable included. Bright and airy with two sliding glass doors that open to outside deck, a Ceiling fan and HEPA Air Purifier for added comfort and clean air. Includes a SKI LOCKER, at Canyon Lodge (next best thing to ski in/ski out) to keep your ski & snowboard gear, layers, food in for the duration of your stay. You won't have to schlep your gear back and forth each day-- and it is nice to be able to hit the locker throughout the day for adding/discarding extra layers, grabbing snacks, etc. Canyon Lodge is a great base to ski and ride from, with easy access from the Village Gondola, and free shuttle system. Kids ski school is just down the hall from the locker. The condo is located in popular Mountain Shadows Condominiums, truly in the heart of town and walking distance to everything. Hop on the convenient free shuttles and you'll be skiing in minutes. Directly on green line shuttle 1.5 miles from Eagle Lodge/Cloud 9 Express. The bus stop is right in front of our building. Red line shuttle to the Village, Canyon and Main Lodge is one block away. Mountain Shadows has 3 jacuzzis, 2 dry saunas, laundry facilities, outdoor swimming pool in summer, barbecues, picnic area. Despite small size, the owner has made great use of the space. Even with 2 teenagers, my husband and I had plenty of room. We had all the amenities we needed: smart tv, pots, pans, cookie sheet, coffee maker, extra paper towels and trash bags. Location to Eagle Lodge was very convenient. Being on the first floor was a bonus! During our trip there was snow and ice, but parking and access to this rental was easy. We'd love to stay again.

This condo was absolutely fantastic. From the check in process and access to the unit being incredibly easy, to the central location and parking availability, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The condo was incredibly clean and had everything we could need for a ski weekend.

Susan made the checking in process super simple, easy, and fast. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very modern and the shower had good pressure. Tv was also very big. Kitchen was fully stocked and super modern. This will definitely be my new favorite spot when i come to mammoth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

For a small studio it did not feel like we were missing out on anything. The layout was very functional. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time. This place had everything we needed for a great vacation. Our only complaint is that the balcony was under construction. The workers would work on it from 5-7 p.m. right when we were there. They were literally right there on the otherside of the glass, three of them, hammering and nailing. It was terrible timing. It made for some awkward dinners. All three evenings.

The room was neat, clean and ready for use. Very convenient location, near to EVERYTHING. Comfy bed. Everything you could need for a stay away from home. Clear communication from property owner as far as Check in check out.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The host Susan was friendly and responded immediately to questions we had. Efficient use of space for size of the place, with 2 adults and 2 teenagers never really felt too cramped. Had plenty of lights and the fan was nice. Jacuzzi was conveniently located across the condo and was nice and large.

Super comfortable, clean, well-appointed condo with easy access to the mountain. Great shower, comfy bed, and lovely hosts. As a person with many allergies, the no-pet policy was a bonus for me. We had everything we needed for a short ski vacation. We'll be back!!

I was looking for something reasonably priced and clean with less of a hotel feel. This ticked all the boxes and seemed head and shoulders above the other listings at this price point. While it did feel a bit dated, for the price it's probably hard to beat.

This place was clean, had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Netflix/Hulu/HBO Max provided. Super close to everything in town like all within a mile. Good parking and was even able to do laundry. I would stay here again.

We are a family of 4 and I highly recommend this property! It is exactly as advertised. Clean and cozy area to stay while being conveniently located near shopping, food, entertainment, and excursions. Communication with property manager was fast and easy.

Well thought out floor plan, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. Everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked, close to shops/trolly. Really nice neighbor let us know that there would be a little noise at about 10 a.m. on Saturday as he was installing new sliding glass door- was really no big deal as we weren't going to be there - out hiking.

While this was a Studio Condo, it was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, etc. you could ever use. Bathroom and shower were clean and larger than expected. Restaurants and grocery shopping within walking distance. Susan communicated very well prior to our visit, and checked in with us to make sure we were settled in. Overall very good experience.
