Nestled in Mammoth Lakes, this lovely house for £327 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Relax and play in Mammoth in any season. This bright & newly renovated end unit w/deck has no one above or below you and shares only one wall. The updated kitchen is fully stocked for the Chef and mixologist, social bar included. A gorgeous new wood burning fireplace was inspired by the nearby Devils Postpile. The cedar cathedral ceilings add to the mountain retreat feel along with the cozy minky blankets to relax under. We've provided a full media entertainment center with surround sound for your enjoyment. You'll love the modern bathrooms that create a spa-like experience with hygiene items supplied. This town-home contains every luxury amenity you will need down to the European duvets and plush towels. Free WIFI/Internet. King in Master + TV, Guest Bedroom has Queen, loft has two Full beds (windows + ceiling fan). Individual Hydronic heat controls per room. Wonderfully appointed with new furniture throughout. Plenty of free parking with no stairs to entry. Beautifully landscaped; heated pool in summer, hot sauna & heated spa year-round. Two gas BBQs are provided in summer. This is not your grandma's cabin. Free shuttles stop in front of the complex. No need to drive. Fresh linens, towels & games provided. 1450 sq. ft. We have taken extra care to ensure a clean stay, provide self-check-in and follow professional CDC cleaning guidelines. We don't accept pets, smoking in unit or drugs of any kinds. Was just down the street from Vons and Starbucks (my daughter’s favorite). There is no assigned parking but it wasn’t a problem at all finding a spot. Host was very responsive. Family had a great time!

Nice decor and location
The condo is very nicely decorated. We enoyed the location which is close to Vons and restaurants. My husband found the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately, our stay got off on the wrong foot with the host. The TV was not connected to the apps like Netflix. In general this wouldn't be a problem, but we had promised our kids that if they didn't bring their tablets that they could watch TV. When trying to solve the problem communication with the host was difficult. I usually do not write reviews but communication continued to be an issue.

We had a great time
We enjoyed this location and place. It was super cute and organized. The Heater in the master was a little tricky but it ended up working out fine. Public transportation can be hard in this area BUT plenty of things you can walk to. We love the Tavern!!

Dasha’s place was a perfect place for our family. We had 6 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. The beds were comfy and warm. All the soft throws were a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked. This place is centrally located to skiing, the village and a great pizza place. Highly recommend Giovannis! We would definitely stay again.

Dasha’s place was a perfect place for our family. We had 6 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. The beds were comfy and warm. All the soft throws were a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked. This place is centrally located to skiing, the village and a great pizza place. Highly recommend Giovannis! We would definitely stay again.

Great Decor!
This house is impeccably decorated with little touches that are memorable and useful....the myriad of hooks! What a fab idea and they are not only smart but also fashionable decor. Love the antlers in the bathroom downstairs...it's like they are on your head as they are positioned.
The soft throws. The comfy sofa. The comfortable beds. The great cookware and utensils, plates and glasses. All top in class.
Disappointing things..the laundry is a shared coin op. We must have misread that. And hard wood or vinyl floors would be an improvement. Carpets are must collectors and with your amazing style they would be best replaced and some great area rugs would pop.

Annual family reunion
Good location. We were able to jump on the Trolley and head to the Village and up to the lakes. We have stayed a week or two every summer for the last 35 + years at the Woodlands. Your unit was fine.

We love staying here! We have returned to this condo several times now. We love the easy location, updated amenities, and cozy cabin vibes. On our last day we were lucky enough to get 2 feet of fresh snow too! Can't wait to stay again soon!

The townhouse was nicely decorated and very clean. Worked really welll for the 6 adults and 2 children that stayed there. Kitchen was a little tight and tv could have been bigger. It was a very convenient location. We had a great time.

This was the second year in a row that we had the pleasure to stay in this
very nice, well maintained town home. Last year, the extensive construction
on the properties put a damper on the enjoyment. This year, everything was
peaceful and clean and enjoyable. We hope to come back next year.

Perfect place for our family
Our family of 4 spent 4 nights in this condo and it was perfect for our trip. It is extremely well appointed - the kitchen in particular was well equipped. We preferred that the location was not in the ski village area. It was easily accessible to restaurants, the grocery store and a short drive to hiking/biking trails. The manager was very responsive prior to and during our trip. Parking just outside the front door made loading/unloading the car convenient. The only thing that would make it absolutely perfect would be a washer/dryer. We highly recommend this rental.

Lovely property, great location-booking policies not great.
Property was nice. Only issue was with the booking policies. Charged a significant cleaning fee but still expected to take out the trash and start the dishwasher when we left? Then have to wait 14 days for our deposit to be returned? Terrible! Place wasnt ready when we got there either, will I get my money back for that? Neighbors were noisy as well but that's not the owners fault. Big list of all the stuff we had to do before we left but they couldn't leave info on the property (pool, etc)? And I'm expected to take the trash out to a big dumpster with a heavy lid? Not great.

Beautifully decorated condo in Mammoth - close to ammentities and lots of activities
The condo was gorgeous, clean and had everything we needed. It is close to the complex pool and laundry facility. At this elevation, A/C was unnecessary (late July) with cool overnight temperatures and good air circulation during the day. The primary bedroom level is on the first floor of three and remained cool all day long. The location of this unit is central to pretty much everything.

Great vacation!
We had a great stay at this unit. The owner was always quick to respond to all of my questions. Parking is right out in front, which was convenient. As you enter the unit, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. There is a vanity and in a separate bathroom adjacent to the master bathroom (so you share the toilet and shower downstairs). As you go up the stairs, you will find the kitchen, living room, and the other bathroom. Both bathrooms have been remodeled and remind me of a newer hotel. The kitchen has all of the necessary appliances (toaster and coffee maker with filters) and all of the necessary utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The bathrooms had all of the soap and shampoo that you would need. On the third floor was the loft with another bed and futon. The windows all worked and there was a great draft that cooled the rooms nicely. The ceiling fan in the loft was nice as I’m sure it could get stuffy in the warmer summer months. We went in June, but it was unseasonably cool on our visit. We did not go to the pool, so I can’t comment on it.
Overall, a great place with plenty of room for up to 8 people. I would stay here again.
