About this house rental
ESTES PARK BUSINESS LICENSE # 3075 July requires 6 night minimum. Beautiful, spacious five bedroom + loft located behind the #9 tee box with spectacular views facing north and also east. Our home is 3 levels with the Main level only having 1 step down to the family room. (It works well for someone who can't use stairs.) The main level also has the kitchen, dining room, entry, 2 car garage, king bedroom with private bath, utility room, powder bath for guests and outside deck. The downstairs level has 1 king bedroom with private bath, another king bedroom, twin bedroom, hall bathroom and a media room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The upstairs level has a loft with a twin trundle bed and a half bath. The home is designed to appeal to guests that want luxury accommodations for their vacation. We do not allow reunions, parties, rehearsal dinners, etc. City ordinances limit parking to two cars in the garage plus three cars in driveway; excess vehicles subject to fines and towing. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including Keurig coffee pot, regular coffee pot, hand held mixer, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle and microwave plus oven, and all utensils. Plates , glassware and pots & pans provided. We also have a BBQ grill for you to use. We have a play pen, travel crib & high chair. However, OUR HOME IS NOT BABY OR TODDLER PROOF !!! There is also an internet work station with complimentary wireless internet and a laser printer for your use. This is the perfect place for your family vacation including even one or two well-trained dogs! Estes Park does have a strict leash law for pets enforced with heavy fines. We have an extra large crate and a couple of doggie beds too. Keywords: Private home on golf course Our family also rents two other smaller vacation properties: a 4 bedroom home 200 yards away; and a 2 bedroom condo about 800 yards away. Both are on the 18 hole golf course and have great views too. The 4 bedroom house is also pet friendly but the condo is not. Listing numbers are 556488 and 394408

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and had everything that we needed for six adults and four kids. We saw elk, mule deer, and turkey regularly. It snowed while we were there so we got to enjoy sledding on the golf course right behind the house. We will not hesitate to stay here in the future!

The house has a great layout and was very comfortable with a lot of room to spread out. The golf course view was beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and had all we needed. However, there are several things that need attention. After we arrived, one of the grandkids was eating at the breakfast bar and a piece of the tile edge fell off. There were several other pieces that had obviously broken previously and been repaired. We called the owners and, to their credit, they were very quick to get a handyman out to fix it. Later, we realized that the sliding glass door didn’t lock, the screen on the kitchen patio door was ripped on 2 sides so it fell open, and needed to be replaced. There was old tape on it, but it didn’t hold. There were no screens on the kitchen sink windows, so we killed several flies every day. Same with one of the master bedroom and bathroom windows and downstairs bunk room. The blinds in the twin bedroom were hanging from the right corner and the downstairs master bedroom blinds were broken. One end of one of the downstairs towel racks was coming out of the wall. The upstairs master bedroom sheets were way too big. They also had worn out elastic so it was impossible to keep them on. I suspect they were used previously on a mattress that required deep pocket sheets, and this mattress didn’t need them. In full disclosure, we did not alert the owners to the above issues because there were so many and we didn’t want our vacation spent dealing with repairs.

Our annual multigenerational family vacation was another success. This beautiful home on the golf course was perfect for our group of 11. Communication with Kris was great and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful vacation home for us and family to stay while vacationing and attending a wedding. Close to downtown Estes and Rocky Mountain National park. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family. This is the first home we have stayed at were all 12 of us could sit in the family room together comfortably. The home was well stocked and a beautiful home and great surroundings. My family loved it!!

We spent a wonderful 5 days in beautiful Estes Park. We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The location was super convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. We observed elk and deer while on the property. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip.

Our stay was even better than we expected. The house is beautiful and allowed all ages plenty of room to relax and enjoy their time in Estes Park. We highly recommend this location and the house. Kris was very accommodating and helpful in all of our needs.

This property was everything we were looking for and more. We all had comfortable space to allow for time out from others, yet great gathering space. The picturesque views are spectacular! Kris is a wonderful host, who promptly and considerately communicates. We appreciated our experience and hope to return again!

Thank you for everything! Your home is very comfortable and everyone felt right at home. The kitchen has everything you need to cook an Italian Christmas feast. All the comforts of home and very good instructions. The location is perfect and easy access to trails for hiking walking, etc. We would love to come back - thank you again for all your hospitality.

This house was beautiful! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was clean, spacious, conveniently-located, and had the best view of a large herd of elk on the golf course every morning. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 12 stayed here comfortably. The only complaint was the wifi, but we weren't there for the wifi. 😁 Beautiful views! We did see elk walking through the property, that was awesome! Many great hiking trails pretty close.

The best VRBO property. On the golf course, deer, elk, hummingbirds. Great space for the 11 family members. The deck is great with morning sun and afternoon shade. The kitchen was FULLY equipped with lots of room for multiple “chefs”.
We had an issue with a ceiling fan and Kris was right on it, I needed to flip a switch. If you have a large group this is a perfect property!

Family fun in Estes Park!
The home in Estes Park was a perfect place for us to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our kids and grandchildren! We had space for the 11 of us to gather, share stories and laughs. Estes has so much to offer with hiking, Fun City activities, shopping, and great restaurants! We would highly recommend this property!

We reserved this home for our family holiday gathering and it turned out to be exactly what we needed. Plenty of room for everyone (we had 11 family members) to sleep, cook, eat and enjoy time together. We'll be looking at this home again for our next trip to Estes Park.

We enjoyed sitting in the enclosed wrap around balcony watching all of wildlife which included turkeys, herds of elk and majestic birds. The temperature outside this time of year was a little chilly but with hot coffee and a fire place made it all worthwhile.
Very secluded feel with a comfortable neighboring distance. Lots of space for family and and office space for remote workers. Even had a fenced backyard for pups facing the mountains.
Hosts were very friendly and had quick responses to questions or concerns.
Highly recommend and will for sure be back asap. 😊

We were an extended family aged between 4 and 64. Great home, well laid out and well supplied; ideal location very convenient to town and to RMNP east entrances as well as southeast trailheads as well. Very quick communication with owners. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 6 (ages 32 - 85) were so comfortable in this beautiful home. The 3 king sized beds were very comfortable and we loved the view and the large dining table. The owner provided everything needed for cooking. Our family enjoyed putting together a puzzle that was provided at night. We enjoyed watching the golfers, elk, and deer on the golf course. We visited Rocky Mountain National Park every day and saw moose, elk, deer, coyotes, turkeys, and even a bear! We had a blast shopping in town and eating in local restaurants. We had perfect weather all week and then we rode the aerial tramway and it was snowing! That was a real treat for us since we are from Georgia and rarely see snow. The National Park was even more beautiful with snow. Our guys did a fly fishing trip with Kirks Fly Shop and caught a bunch of rainbow trout. They also golfed and shared the course with a few elk. I would highly recommend this home and hope to rent it again in the future!

The house and property was perfect! From every room the view was breathtaking The large second story deck was perfect for sunny days! Location was just out of town We will be back!!!

We really enjoyed the property and the Estes Park area, very relaxing. The pictures do not do justice to the views and the property overall!! Nice layout and plenty of space to spread out. Look forward to staying again!!
