Situated in Steamboat Springs, this attractive house for £205 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This top floor townhome is newly updated and located in smaller, private complex walking distance to the mountain. Split between 2 levels, this unit has amazing views of the south valley and Emerald Mountain from the large private balcony. The main level features a large open-space living area with flat screen TV, Bluetooth JBL Flip speaker for use while listening to music or other entertainment, and comfortable western decor warmed up by the stone fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The fully remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances, amazing granite counter tops, a wine cooler, and built in coffee maker and is open to the living and dining areas. This level also has the master bedroom with king bed, private remodeled full bathroom, and full-sized, stackable washer/dryer. The top level has two additional 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin over twin bunk beds. Both have dramatic vaulted ceilings. There is also a loft upstairs with a queen sleeper sofa. The second full bathroom is upstairs with a large, walk in shower. Walk out on the balcony and your breath will be taken away by the extensive views. You won't find a better place to enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy some quiet time with a smooth glass of wine. The complex seasonal pool and hot tub are right across the parking lot, a few seconds away. Place is located very well for skiing/snowboarding. If you figure out the path, it's almost ski back. Walking over to start is fairly easy. Shuttle is nice, but at times the wait makes it impractical. Had some issue at the place and the office support was outstanding !!

I've been going to Steamboat for 40 years and know the area well but had not stayed in this particular location. I really liked it and the townhouse was very nice with tons of space for our family to spread out. The spacious living room had a nice fireplace, although it did overheat the wifi a couple of times because the router was right on top and we couldn't move it. The bedrooms are great with one of the uppers having a nice bunkbed setup, plus a loft area with couch for hanging out, doing work, etc. The hot tub / pool area is also nice and just a short walk across the parking lot. But the walk to the slopes is a couple of blocks so just be prepared for a bit of a huff in boots after a long day of Steamboat pow pow. Overall a really nice place and we will likely come back again.

This property is perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and it didn’t hurt that the views were gorgeous from the balcony! The hot tub and pool were great and not far at all … short one minute walk across the parking lot. In addition, the shuttle service was very convenient and easy to book to get to the Steamboat gondola.

The condo was not ready for check-in at 4:00 pm (more like 5:30), but the management company compensated us the cleaning fee, which seemed fair.

Two master bedrooms and a room with a pair of bunks was great for our family. The shuttle that you could schedule was nice, just ensure you schedule desired time in advance for peak times (opening and closing our mountain). We would choose to stay here again.

Location is good. Condo is fine. Nice view of the valley. Description reads it sleeps 10, we were 7, but provided only 5 towels. Fireplace and TV worked only sporadically. Dishwasher and oven are certainly showing wear and tear. Temp was hard to control with really hot upstairs and cold downstairs. Ultimately, we are all good friends in Steamboat to ski. These were more inconveniences than deal breakers.

The property suited our needs very well for a ski trip with a group of 10 friends. The house has everything you need and offers a great space for gathering pre and post skiing. It is a short walk to get to the gondola and was overall very accessible. While we weren't a rowdy bachelor party or anything like that, we did notice that some of the neighbors were quick to complain about noise at the hot tub, even during times well before quiet hours. This was only a real nuisance our first night, and would not deter me from coming back again.

This was just what we were looking for! Sleeps 9 people in beds (bunks for 4 people). It was within walking distance (half a mile) from gondola square. Was modern and comfortable.

The property fit our needs well overall and was great place to stay. It was well maintained, clean and close to amenities and the gondola. The gas grill and patio were not usable during the winter as snow was not cleared so some of the features present in advertising were not 100% usable. Overall, we'd rent the unit again when we visit Steamboat Springs.

The condo was perfect for our group of 9 with plenty of bed options. The condo is a short drive down to the Gondolas or a 10 minute walk. The hot tub and pool provided a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. The kitchen had the majority of appliances and utensils one needs (no toaster and the ice maker is not hooked up to the fridge). We will definitely stay again when we visit Steamboat in the future!

Great location, clean, updated, quiet and very well stocked. We stayed here with another family and had plenty of room with everything we needed. The views from the deck are great and we could walk to mountain village in a few short minutes. The pool is quite small but worked well for the kiddos. We would certainly stay here again!

We had a great stay with the other family we stayed with while skiing and enjoying the sights of Steamboat. Kids (ages 3-12) loved that the pool was heated while parents could hang out in hot tub after a day of skiing. The unit easily accommodated our group of ten and felt bigger than I had expected. Kitchen is very complete. We would come back again.

This property was perfect for multiple families. We had kids with us and they loved the bunk beds. The layout worked well and we loved eating out on the deck. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

A group of us stayed in the condo for an ironman race it was absolutely perfect. So spacious with a GREAT patio overlooking the valley and we got an absolutely great sunset the second night. The condos were quiet and with plenty of parking and easy access to the pool. Really had everything we needed and the management company was great - working with us as we carpooled up later than expected due to work and get keys, etc. We will definitely be staying here the next time we race in Steamboat!!
