The Villas of Ocean Gate II is a beautifully appointed Mediterranean Style Condominium in the Heart of Anastasia Island & just steps to beautiful St. Augustine Beach. This like new property has a private beach access & is a 5 1/2 mile drive to Historic Downtown St. Augustine. This unique corner unit is locted on the top third floor very close to the ocean. You will enjoy a penthouse view of the Island a peek-a-boo view of the ocean and the inland waterway from the breezy, relaxing balcony. The Villas of Ocean Gate II is one of the newest developments on the island with many amenities including pools, tennis courts and lush landscaped gardens. This development also offers covered parking and an elevator to the second and third levels. The spacious main living area is tastefully decorated throughout and features an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area with a large screen TV in the living room. There is also a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom is very large and offers a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan and door access onto balcony. The en-suite master bath features his and hers sinks, a garden tub & walk-in shower and two large walk-in closets. The first guest room offers a queen bed with view of courtyard pool. The second guest room has twin beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the open living area. This unit comfortably sleeps 8. The property was wonderful. Very clean and plenty of apace for my family. There is a walk to the beach but it isnt a bad walk at all. I do suggest a wagon or small stroller if you have littles to makebthe walk easier, especially if you are carrying things like chairs or umbrellas. The host Patty was cery helpful and nice and answered all my questions and phone calls.

Villas was a great break from the chaos. Parking was easy (phew!), the views were great, the condo (304) was very well furnished and immaculately clean. We brought a large family and EVERYONE enjoyed themselves. Patty and Harry were fantastic! We look forward to coming back!

Took the family down for Labor Day weekend. Loved the condo it had plenty of room and VERY CLEAN!. The only thing if you have small children make sure you have wagon it is a pretty long walk to the beach. The pool closet to the condo wasn't as clean and nice as the pools you pass getting to the beach. Over all it was a great place to stay and I would rent again.

This property was ideal for our family vacation. The property had everything we needed to make us comfortable. It was very clean upon arrival. Everything was in working order. Plenty of towels were there to use for bathing and going to the beach. I would hightly recommend this property to any family.

The location was great! Plenty of space for our group of 6. The kitchen was well stocked. The landscaping around the property was beautiful ❤️ and we loved all pools. The beach was walkable and not too crowded! We rented a beach canopy from drifters and the delivered it right to our door. Having shade at the beach was fabulous! We loved our stay at this property! The property managers, Patty and Harry, are so accommodating and helpful!!

Walk to the beach was a little confusing. Great location to restaurants and St. Augustine. Door lock was difficult to work with. Not an ocean view but a very nice condo. Very clean, everything you need for an enjoyable time. We would go back again now that we know how to find the beach. Haha

Excellent host and property. Very comfortable condo. The walk to the beach isn’t short but once their it is worth it as it is not an over crowded area. The pool is half a stones throw from the condo.

This place was easily accessible and check in was easy. Short walk to the beach through the complex and close to restaurants and stores. Had a great time staying there and would definitely stay again.

Condo was very clean, close to pool and the beach. The only issues we had was the bedroom with the queen bed was warm (heat coming from somewhere right inside the door), and the water pressure in the sink and toilets were very low (showers had great pressure).

Very nice accommodations. Pool and hot tub were very close and had bathrooms. A little bit of a walk through the complex to get to the beach, but it was very nice and not crowded. Lots of restaurants in the area within 6 miles. Enjoyed our stay!

Overall, the condo was great. All of our group had a great time in St. Augustine. Communication with Patty was quick and easy. Check-in was straight forward and check-out was even easier.The only thing I wasn’t really expecting was the walk to the beach. We assumed it was a pretty straightforward walk but it’s through a bunch of drive ways and peoples side yard. The photos were a little misleading in this way, but overall for the price it was worth the little side trek.Not to bad when you are just bringing down a few things but carrying down our tent and cooler became a hassle.Overall great trip, we would come back for sure!

Wow! From the moment we booked until we checked out this stay was fabulous! Ms. Patty was super easy to get in contact with and talk to. Upon arrival, we were treated with a welcome sign and snacks for the kiddos! The condo was so spacious and so clean! This was our first trip to St. Augustine and we loved every minute of it! We would, 100%, rent his condo again! Thank you!!!
